take up mma or something, being bigger doesnt necessarily mean they wont stop picking on you.
half the time its the small good fighter bloke that knocks the big guy out.

wont matter how big you are, you'll get guys wanting to have a go anyway, i do door work and laugh at guys half my size lining up for a shot. body language gives the game away everytime, learn them and you'll get to know what your up against everytime and how to handle the situation

i got to agree with 420 bro sucker punch some mutha fu--er!! knock his damn teeth out and that sh-- will stop and if it don't do it again and again and i promise they will get tired of going to the dentist because some little guy beat that a--!! no rules in fighting when it comes down to it. forget the juice for now and gain back some pride man the hell up. what are you going to do in a combat zone if this is such a problem. and many thanks for defending this nation and stay safe bro now whoop some a--!!

I just did prison time, Like the military I was givin 3 meals a day, i ate them all.. In addition to that i'd eat canned chicken, tuna fish, roast beef, peanut butter and ramen noodle soups [no flavor packet]..
Only supplement i had was a Whey Protein Concentrate [I think Ion exchanged] multivitamins, and like 15 albuterol inhalers ^_^ ..
I made sure to eat every 2.5/3 hours . Alot of deadlifts, squats, cleans , bench
I came home bigger and hell of alot stronger then alot of people i know that are on a cycle but either training or eating half assed ... Sad bastards
Not trying to glorify my self, however trying to give you hope. You can do it naturally.. Then take it to another level when the time is right.
Good thing about being bigger is the intimidation factor, people are ignorant and judge based on looks.. A few points.
You need to man up on several levels.
#1 man up and understand the bulking up using AAS is NOT the answer and will NOT help you. Especially at your age it will do a lot more harm than good.
#2 if you can not bulk up/gain size/weight eating then you are eating wrong and using AAS wont help or at least it wont help you the way you want it to.
#3, learn that reporting misbehavior is NOT being a snitch or a pu$$y, they are the pu$$y for ganging up on you (it's not one on one) and they are b*tches of picking on someone in their own squad/infantry who they may relay on sometime to have their back in a gun fight.. STUPID.
PLEASE go read the diet section and learn how, what and when to eat to gain lean muscle.
Use fighting back as a last resort with these guys it's what they want. I would try to talk to them on on one or even as a group and comment, hope you guys NEVER need me to cover your butts in battle. It may make them think 2x.

I think some of the people posting are not thinking about the level it has reached. They turned over a portapotty with him in it dumping shit all over him and thats just one example.
Look dude, eat a lot and lift. Study bodybuilding and become a scientist about it.
If you have to fight, pick the smallest one and sucker punch him. Make sure he has no idea its coming, but make sure he was active in messing with you and thus deserving. You can pick the biggest one if you want but the gang is a lot more likely to fold if you pick the guy whos "almost a loser" in the group. If you choose this course of action, be prepared to deal with the consequences (possibly getting beat up, possibly being booted out of the military or reprimanded, etc).
I weighed 120 lbs as a teenager so I have been through this situation a couple of times. I reached 190 naturally and have chosen to try aas in my late 20s. You don't need aas to deal with this situation, you need a big pair of balls and a level head that is prepared for consequences. It should never escalate to the point you feel the need to consider using weapons or suicide. I like what lovbytes and some of the other guys said. You can try talking to them, you can try reporting the activity, or you can try whooping one of their asses. I don't see a lot of other options.Last edited by cherrydrpepper; 05-30-2010 at 12:15 AM.

In the army I knew some scrawny ****s who could fight. I say fight, even if you get your ass kicked, them knowing that you aren't a ***** is usually enough to deter most guys from picking on you. If a bully thinks he has a *chance* of getting his ass kicked, they'll move on to someone else.

I know plenty of little 135 pound dudes at my gym that never get picked on. it's not because they're badass mma guys, it's because of their overall well rounded personality. no one ****s with them because they're enjoyable to be around. no one deserves to get picked on but in my experience the ones that DO get picked on usually have some sort of awkward social trait that brings out the evil in people.
i'd work on that first before trying to roid up and turn into some kind of badass. we get big weightlifting guys all the time that come in for the first free class and never show up again because tiny little dudes tap them with ease
you're goin about it all wrong dude. work on yourself from the inside first. just my two cents

Being picked on because of your size does SUCK! However what most of these guys are telling you is true. Simply getting bigger isnt going to stop the issue because now to them you are a pushover. The best thing to do is stand your ground and make an example out of the next person that does it to you. Even if you lose, you may gain their respect for standing up for yourself. It would go a long way for you to win tho. Learn to fight!! Some of the best UFC fighters arent jacked and huge. They are just skilled and have a BEAT YOUR ASS MENTALITY!! Start carrying yourself with dignity and confidence and when a person crosses that line of disrespect.....QUICKLY RESPOND AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU AINT JUST A PUNK!! Now, that being said.....being bigger is a plus and that is your question, RIGHT?? First off, you say that you eat all the time and you train heavy but dont gain weight. i can tell you from experience... YOU THINK YOUR EATING, BUT YOUR NOT! I was 120lbs soaking wet at 20years old out of high school. Of course I had my times where I took some shit, but I stood up for myself and fought. So weights just made me happier knowing that if I did get into it with another dude, Id be that much more ready! Now, I NEVER have someone just front me EVER. Its all in how you carry yourself. Not just being cocky and a dick but like you will handle your business! The ONLY WAY YOU WILL EVER GROW IS YOU NEED TO LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE DOING AS FAR AS DIET AND TRAINING. How many calories are you taking in a day? It doesnt sound like that many. Yes you are eating several times a day, but so does a bodybuilder on a competition diet and they actually burn fat and lose weight that way. If your not growing then up your calories. I dont know your bodytype, but Id say you sound like your an ectomorph and a hardgainer and you are gonna have to STUFF YOURSELF!! Take the amounts of carbs you eat per meal and double them! Track it everyday! Know how many grams of carbs are in your foods. Buy a book. Add junk food in with it! Double meat cheeseburgers! Your metabolism should such these up! You should easily gain some weight. When you stop gaining weight, UP IT AGAIN!! EATING IS THE SECRET TO GROWING! You can bust your ass in the gym with heavy weights all you want but you will most likely just get stronger and an injury eventually. What you think is outlandish to eat in a day, some people think it is normal and required to add size. What types of shakes do you drink? You can get a ton of extra protein, carbs, and calories in just adding the right protein shakes a day.
Doing a cycle will help of course, but you need to get your plan down first, otherwise you will be wasting your money to gain 4lbs of water and still get locked in the shitter!

OP - despite the rippings (which compared to what you go through should be easy to ignore) there is some great advice in the above posts.
Stay with this site, (check out diet, training, and this section) and you will learn how to eat, how to lift, and why you shouldnt be taking steroids (but gain the knowledge for later in life).
If you spend your time eating, training, sleeping, and learning from this forum you wont have any time to be messed with
Hope you get something positive out of this thread dude.

From the time i started lifting till now I have put on about 112 lbs natty. Of course I'm not holding all that now nor do I want to. All you want is a mear 20-30lbs eat man! Learn sum basic key locks and take downs. W of course how to run the pipe and crawl ass w/ a little short elbows and nerve blows. Now I mostly refuse to fight, only defend myself, my family, the weak, scared, helpless, and the ones under my protection. I break faces and arms and wrists. And from ware I'm from people know me. Of couse a well rounded fighter could take me out so its still a loose loose. Everyone gets hurt. Hard work and dedication is what's required to accomplish any goal. Just thought I'd chime in. And welcome to the forum.

To the OP you need to get on sustanon250 for about 6 weeks. When you are ready to fight flex up and let the sustanon take over. This will make you able to fight.

Learn how to punch. If you have access to a punching bag use it. If not get one. Use it 45 minutes a day. After youve trained for a while your punching power and speed and accuracy will get alot better. Then the next time one of them fvk with you just wale on them, cry while your doing it, they will think your crazy and it wont be worth it to bullly you anymore. Bullies like easy targets, dont make yourself an easy target. Even if you get beat up once or twice its gonna be worth it in the long run. They will respect you for standing up for yourself. The longer you let them punk you the worse off you will be.
