Week 5 Test E: What to Expect?
Whats up fellas?
Im currently starting week 5 of my cycle Test E 500mg, so far I have noticed some great gains in my overall body composition going from 161 to now 183 (gained a couple of pounds since last post). My question is what am I to expect during this week of my cycle? I ask for I have read so many articles and posts stating that this is when it will begin to kick in? So far I am really pleased with what I have gained I have been working my ass off so, if it only gets better from here Im really going to be amped. You can view my previous posts for all my stats fellas, sorry didnt have time to type it all in. Again thanks for the help fellas.

i am just getting into week 6 of my 500ew test-e cycle (so i guess i'm a week ahead of you) weeks 1-4 i used a dbol kicker @ 25mg ed
here is my experience: my weight continues to climb even after i dropped the dbol ( i was expecting to plateau or drop weight after i stopped the dbol, but not so)
the pumps are absolutely fab and my strength is increasing with every workout
i have read that there is a plateau at around week 8 (the weight and strength gains begin to slow around then) so work work work till then to get the max you can!

You have seen some good gains in the first month, so you are apparently doing things right. Keep it up and you will see the same (if not a bit more) from now until the end of your cycle.
You're making me jealous. I'm actually waiting to dive back in, probably in the next week or two.

list your diet, stats, b.f., cardio please...but sounds like its already kicking in lol. im on week 2 going on 3, and ive gained 5 lbs and droped 2% b.f. yet to see the "kick in" waiting till around week 4..

Can I ask, are you splitting up your injection's i.e 250mg e3.5d?

here is my experience from my first cycle of test-e 500mg (no dbol kickstart)
I increased my calories by about 1,100 which is a lot. I started at 5'9 170 and was at 181 by week 4. I finished off at 191lbs but gains slowed after about the 9th week. I put on a little extra fat but muscle and strength gains were great

Who knows what to expect but from the sounds of it your doing ok, just stick to the plan and keep increasing the calories to suit the new found muscle tissue and you will continue to gain size.

almost all of it. My weight was 190lbs when I cut down to 183lbs before I started my second cycle, which I am currently close to finishing. I started cutting 4 weeks after pct so my body had time to keep the gains. I am hoping I don't lose much of anything when I come off this time either (currently 194lbs but look much better than when I was 191 after the first cycle. I have less fat now)

Thanks fellas for the feedback, let me list my stats sorry for being a lazy bastard...lol
Age: 28
Wt: Before Cycle 161lbs, Increased wt to 171 naturally. Week 5 of cycle at 183lbs.
Diet: 3000-3500 cals per day. Lean foods, egg whites, chicken breast (tons.lol), Talipia (this stuff is delicious) Ground beef/Turkey.
Training: Mon-Fri Sat/Sun off.
Gear: Test E 500mg 2xwk 250mg Mon/Thur
So far everything is going well I look forward to the coming weeks ahead. Also 007 you are defianately correct I did carry a ton of water retention during the first 2-3 weeks then it gradually reduced to where now I am relatively lean considering the gains of muscle mass thus far. My diet has been pretty consistant though I hit a snag during week 3 of my cycle where I got sick and my diet and training was thrown off a bit but I have bounced back from that. Before my cycle I was only eating about 4-5 meals a day and now I eat 7-8 "quality meals" a day. That only came after educating myself on what a "meal" is and what can consist of a meal and once I got my diet in check everything else didnt seem as difficult. Being disciplined, keeping an open mind and educating yourself is the key in making a cycle work in my opinion. This is why I turn to you guys when I have no clue in what the hell I'm doing..lol Once again fellas thanks for the help your in a class by yourselves.
