Tren, Test, Dbol, HGH with Arimadex & Nolva.

I have been on 2iu/day of HGH for about 2 months now.
This week, I started Dbol . 40mg./day along with
250mg. Test and 200mg. Tren . and upped my HGH to 4iu/day. I have also been taking Arimadex .5mg/day.

However, I already feel very minor soreness in my nipples. In the past, I would get this after about 2 weeks if I used Dbol and would start Nolvadex .
However, this time while using Tren, I have heard that I shouldn't use Nolvadex until PCT.

Any suggestions?
