Do I seem on track
April 28 started
400mg test cyp per week
200mg dec per week
1.5mg anastro eod for the first two weeks..
bf about 20%
age 48
6'4
250lb
diet about 250p/100c/30-40f
*Noticed alittle strength gain lost about 6-8 lbs alittle size maybe more definition.
June 1
400mg test cyp
400mg deca increase
1.5mg e3d little gyno
HCG 500iu eod obvious reasons
about 18%bf
240lbs
diet trying to increase protein 275p/100c/40f
*noticing more strength especially in the chest work-outs gyno is still there but not as bad but not much size changingI keep reading about 10-15lb gains I seem to be loosing weight which is good but would like to gain some size I know it is early in the cycle I could post pics of first day and today but dont know how to block face(so If someone can do that i will send) out any advice am i on track or should i be looking at something else
workout 1.5hr per day hard! 5 days a week could do more cardio

I am doing my damn hardest on the diet just stuggling on the protein amount (eating enough) but trying
is it possible to gain some size and not gain weight or is it my impatience and the weigh/size will come.. realistically I am about 1/3-1/2 way through the cycle what culd you see at the end of 12-16 weeks

You're on a cutting diet, and you should be at 20% BF. You will not gain muscle while on a cutting diet. In other words, you're in a calorie deficit. You have to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle. You will gain some fat while gaining muscle in a calorie surplus.
Next cycle, cut before you start so that you are not more then 15% when you start your cycle. And then eat to gain muscle.
You can't gain muscle and lose fat, everyone wants to, but it's not going to happen.

I dont get it. Dont you guys read or believe anyone here before doing a cycle? All these post from people not getting good gains, getting gyno or other side effect and you dont know why?
Gee maybe it has something to do with the hundreds of post each day saying you should be below 15% body fat, working out for 2 years minimum HARD and your diet near perfect for the last 6 months before thinking of doing AAS.
What a waste of time and money. I guess it's like they say, a fool and his money are easily parted.
Sorry if that harsh but it's tough reading the same BS every day. Who told you to cycle at 20%+ body fat? Why do you expect to gain muscle when you dont eat enough? AAS is not food replacement.
AAS is not how you cut fat or get lean. It's probably your first cycle also, right and you are doing deca ?

I have read alot and did watch the videos and my diet is on track just havent lost enough saying that...This whole thing started because of TRT which I was/am /are doing but the theorpy prescribed was out in left field 600mg test every 3-4 weeks, anyway to make a long story short I am here now and trying to make the best out of the condition I am in weather right or obviuosly alittle wrong, I will plug away and make it right I dont mind critisizm at all only way to learn (actually research is)
what is actually wrong with deca on first cycle.
and you mention not eating enough thats all I do I just cant physically eat over 300g protein unless supplementing with powders...is the 1.5g for example based on current weight or lean muscle weightLast edited by tazmaniac1; 06-09-2010 at 09:44 AM.

The main think wrong with using deca for a first cycle is you are not ready for it just as you where/are not really ready for a first cycle. Why not start with Tren also? Same thing, it's not a good thing especially for beginners and anyone not already in GREAT shape and has a couple/few cycles under their belt.
If you have read the beginner cycle threat in the sticky you probably would not be asking why not...
Go back and read some more please. You really are wasting the deca by using it now. Stick with the HRT/TRT and keep things simple/basic until you are where you should be before cycling.
