Clen question - shaking, anxiety at night?

    Hey,

I just started clen 3 days ago, so anyways i'm only up to 60mcg today but i plan to go higher. The sides are fine but i'm just wondering if anyone has some tips for the shaking. Mainly so other people don't notice .. i don't want to appear like some sort of drug addict who can't find a hit. Especially since i just started seeing a new girl about 3 weeks ago. Also at night i seem to have trouble sleeping, when i turn out the lights and close the door and try to sleep i seem to freak out a little and sometimes can't open my eyes and get right paranoid. This has never happened before so i blame the clen

I'm also taking tamox which i just started with the clen and taurine. I did a 6 week h-drol cycle before this at 75mg a day. Thanks for any responses.

There's nothing you can really do about the shakes. I would just be honest with your girl. It's not like clen is a hardcore narcotic.

As far as insomnia goes, I like to take ketotifen at night. Keto makes you drowsy and it up regulates the receptors so you can keep using the clen. 1mg/day at night.

I do not like Clen as it has far more sides by itself than any other compound I have tried. I have tons left over, the only way I could use it would be if I didnt have to work for 2 weeks.

If I don`t take taurine I get crazy cramps. I get anxiety, shakes, tremors, difficulty standing up to take a piss because I`m shaking so much, head aches, difficulty lifting heavy weights because muscles can cramp up....you never know your own strength until you have to put one of your arms against something and lean into with you other arm just to straighten it out. It's just not a very pleasurable compound to use, the only logical use would be for the very final stages of cutting fat other than that might as well just hit the cardio.

You do get somewhat used to the sides if you take enough of it. My first clen cycle sucked but now, it doesn't bother me so much. I still don't go above 100 mcg after ramping up. When I start I get shakes on 20 mcg though.

I don't start taking it until Im at or below 10% bf though. Like Redz said, the final stages of cutting. I wouldn't use it if I didn't compete. Really not necessary.

I used to get them cramps in my wrist and calves constantly but weirdly i enjoyed taking clen in the winter (living in england winters are harsh!!) as it warmed me up so much.
