    Smile Anavar-10

    Hello

    I am just starting to take Anavar 10mg and I was told to take 30mg a day. Is this a good enough dose and when will I start to feel the effects? Also, does anyone know any side effects?

    imo anything below 60 mg is a waste. you should do 80 if you're taking it alone.

    anavar is weak.

    Lol^

    Since it's androgenic activity is low, opt for 10mg PD 6 weeks. See how side effects pan out, gradually increase if necessary, not to exceed 30-40mg IMO.

    this is why posting stats is so important... we need to know if you are male or female, age, current body stats etc. What if you were advised to take a males dose and grew a monster clit? A bit extreme, but you get the point.

    Probably not the best idea to start taking drugs and then ask how to do it and if there are risks involved... backwards no?

    i give my girlfriend 30mg anavar and 20mg winny tabs from novocrine and has no side effects. i did 70mg var before my contest and it was enough even to much on my liver.

    Good advice KP.

    I usually don't spoon feed, but I'll help you out Beauty.

    Common side effects experienced by women using are:
    * Acne and oily skin
    * Male pattern baldness
    * Lowering of voice tone
    * Disruption of menstrual cycle
    * Clitoral enlargement
    * Increased hair growth on face, legs and arms

    The positives:
    * Increased feeling of well being
    * Increased energy
    * Decreased recovery time from workouts
    * Heightened sex drive
    * Muscle and strength gain
    * Decreases in estrogenic fat (e.g. upper legs, abdomen, upper arms, butt)

    That's a start, more research would be suggested before you begin administration.

    I take 50mg daily with 50mg tbol daily, my friend is non-competitive, she takes 30mg daily, 10mg 3 times a day, i have seen the results and its nice, i believe she runs 60 days

    Hello,

    I did my research before hand but it's always good to get other peoples point of view.

    I am a female 6 feet tall and 160 lbs.

    Should I be taking them 3 times daily of the 3 pills all at once. That is something I wasn't advised on.

    Standard calculation is 21.7%

    With var you should spread the doseage into 1/2 am 1/2 pm, some split it into 3 doses.

    Most ladies I work with use 5-15mg,,depending on the athlete,,exprerience and goals.

    I exercise at least an hr every other day and I am looking to lose 15-20 lbs. Is 30mg a day too much?

    What would you recommend? How much exercising should I be doing to get the result I want? How long does it usually take to "kick in", I know it differs with everyone but from your experience.

    Review back to my first post on dosage recommendation.

    1. You should exercise the same as if you were not cycling. Getting adequate rest/days off and not over training. There is no secret method of training while on a cycle. Keep it tailored to your goals.
    2. It took my body a little over a week for me to respond to it. I had to experiment and find the right dosage, thus it took a little longer.

    If you're looking to gain/lose 15 - 20 pounds I would just stick to natural dieting/cardio...

    If you can't get there doing that then try brief cycles of thermogenics like clen /ECA or even do a T3 cycle.

    You shouldn't need to use anavar to cut if you aren't competing..

    I've actually tried thermogenics before and I didn't like the way they made me feel. I don't just want to lose weight I want some toning also. I don't diet but I eat very well already and watch my carb intake. I will admit I do need to amp up my cardio.
