heart arythmia
hey guys,
just wondering if any of you ever get irregular heart beats after you puke (puked today from doing legs) and im taking a potassium tablet 99mg every two hours or so. if any of you have ever had this what have you done? is there any kind of remedy to get it back 2 normal? any info would be appreciated

Sounds like something you should see your Dr about. You don't want to mess with any heart issues.

I have heart palpitations as well from time to time. They can come from a number of things, stress and dehydration just to name a few. There are different kinds of heart arythmia and although most are nothing to worry about, you should see a cardiologist to make sure. He will put you through a stress test and if the arythmias are dangerous they will increase with cardiovascular activity. Best of luck to you bud! I'm sure there nothing to worry about, but better to check it out!

I throw up very easily and notice the same thing now and then.... I just take a couple deep breaths and focus on slowing everything down... always works.
