How good is Clen's muscle sparing?

So I'm on PCT after my second cycle, (33,6'4", 242 about 10 or 11%) did prop and a little var.

i have clen , should i run some during pct? will the muscle sparing properties be enough to justify its use, or should i just train and eat big and then in 3-4 weeks when i do my light week (part of my routine) should i use it then?

    thanks much

then again what on this board is actually "proven"? What works for others, won't do sh*t for someone else. Not saying you're wrong, or saying i'm right that clen is anti-catabolic, just that in the steroid world, how much is actually scientifically proven? Most is user based info and trial/error basis. Which again is NOT a bad thing, it's actually good because sure compounds may look good in a test tube, but the true test is in a living organism. Nothing beats a human study when meant for human use.

I added clen to my PCT after my first and only complete cycle and only lost about five lbs. IMO it helped keep my energy levels up and continuing lifting hard and eating good. This all could be a psychological affect but I will add it to all my future PCT's
