    Well, first off, last I checked you had to have a minimum of 20 or 25 posts to PM someone. Then, since you are new, odds are you are not going to get much help since no one knows you. And last by wanting someone to PM you with info, you are starting to set yourself up to get scammed.

    Well, again, the BF needs to drop. As Big said, a pic would help. High BF combined with steroids can be dangerous, especially to your heart.

    We usually recommend a minimum of 12%.

    We can help you drop some BF and add muscle for the time being without the use of steroids , you just have to be patient and dedicate yourself to it.

    First thing you need to do is get on the right diet. Go to our diet section:

    From there, first you need to read all the stickies on the top of the page. After you have read them, you need to post up your diet in there. Post is up like this:

    I do cardio two times a week mainly tuesdays and thursdays and i do about 30 mins or 45 mins then i also do abs those two days

    Now when you say cardio I think your referring to treadmills, bikes, step machine, and elipticles right?

    Yeah, anything like that. Jogging, running, walking, and the stuff you mentioned.

    How long do you do your cardio, and at what intensity?

    You dont need steroids to be a bouncer. The place i work has guys that are 5'8 170 and can throw anyone out. At 6'4 350 you would have to be a pu$$y to not be able to put someone in a full nelson and carry them out

    Ok, just remember, the less intensity (walking, casual riding on a stationary bike) requires a longer duration.

    For the time being, try to bump your cardio up to 3 days a week (example: M/W/F).

    Also, what does your workout days look like?

    Dont worry about him. You will find on this site sometimes people will say something that doesnt sit well with you. Dont get caught up in it, just shrug it off. I am sure he didnt mean anything by it.

    Going4ripped now you said post my diet i see you have 4 meals im guessing you mean 4 meals a day I only have three a day right now how would you space out the 4 meals time wise?

    Post your diet as it is now. An ideal diet would actually consist of around 6 meals a day every 2-3 hours. After yours is posted we can help you from there

    Actually, I just put 4 meals on there to save space. You are going to end up having around 6 meals a day. Usually no more than 3 hours apart. They wont be big meals, but they will be meals you need to cut weight.

    One thing I forgot to mention. Before you get started on the new diet, the extra cardio, and the eventual change in your workout routine, it would be wise of you to go to the doctor and get your blood pressure checked, and also get your blood sugar levels checked.

    This will give you a control to work with. Try to monitor yourself once you get started with everything, and maybe a couple weeks into the new diet and training, get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked again, to make sure everything is ok.

    You may be visiting the doctor quite a few times at the beginning, but its better to play it safe.

    Thx for the info I am gonna make a doctors appointment today and get a physical. I was also wondering that maybe I have low test. can a doctor check that as well?
