hi i am in my third week of taking nadrolone deca just 100mg a week which i planned to take for 5-6weeks as it is my first ever cycle. i am feeling unwell with headaches oily skin sweating and seem to feel aggiatated more often than not. Although i have seen some gains in the gym, i am unsure whether or not to take my next dose of deca or come off altogether? i am also unsure whether or not i will need to take a post cycle treatment and if so what is best to take? any reccomditions help or advice would be greatly recieved thanks.

You need to stop this cycle and run a full standard pct..

thanks for advice had a look at arr site and unsure what i need please could you advise me. also should i be worried about my symtoms? i did read up on nadrolone before taking and went on advice of a friend but clearly got it wrong.

Yeah, your friend gave you some bad advice...never do a deca only cycle. You need to get liquid clomi and liquid tamox.

week 1
clomi 100mg/day
tamox 40mg/day

week 2, 3, & 4
clomi 50mg/day
tamox 20mg/day

Did you do any research at all to see exactly what deca is and what it does before injecting it into your body?

as you can see clearly not enough research from what i read and what i was advised i thought i was taking a safe dose to give me a little help in the gym. clearly i messed up and wont be doing again. just really want to sort it out and understand whats going on and where i went wrong.
