hey guys im new to this forum so just checkin it out. I just started anadrol 50. I started off weighing 165lbs. This is only my fourth day though. I was wondering, what should my diet planner be specifically for it to have its maximum affect? i read up i should be eating 5-6 small meals a day. I was thinking buying a bunch of fat free chicken, fish, protein. idk. If you guys can help and tell me what to get and i planner that would be awesome. Thanks!
