    Hats Off

    Someone please tell me what is up with the woolen ski caps that some dudes are wearing in the gym. What is that? Baseball caps turned backwards, do rags (on the right bro) all OK, but what is the ski cap thing? I mean man I live in a fairly comfortable climate...it really doesn't get that cold in the gym....so why the heck do guys wear them?

    Hey bro, i wonder that myself.. The only reason i can come up with is to keep ur body heat temp high to help u sweat? I know if i wore one id be sweating like a biatch..

    sometimes i do it to heat up and try and burn a few more calories.... other times i do it because im a thug life rider for life...lol

    I think the ones that know are doing for higher body temp, higher process of water... But I think the skinny little kids that are just think it's cool, ya know, cause I wanna be like mike, like mike, if I could be like mike...lol

    I will tell you all exactly why they do it. Because they see that "shut up and train" guy from animalpak.com and then want to look like him. You cant blame them though that site really gets you pumped.

    I would wear a beanie again but I'm a figgin monsoon already... and I cant see normally cause of all the sweat dripping in my eyes. I've tried the beanie on the head but, St. Johnny, It's just too f*%king hot... Oh and I really adore leaving a shit load of sweat on a bench and not having a towel to wipe up, having to trek across the gym to a paper towel station... I think my favorite might be the sweat pattern of my ass lingering on a bench awaiting some unsuspecting john doe to lye his head in... lol
    I'm kidding of coarse… I always keep a towel strapped firmly to waist and I never forget one....never. At all times I have a towel, infact you can pick me out in the crowd… I leave notes on the frig saying "don’t forget your sweaty ass wiping towel".... lol

    I don't get it, i get so hot without looking like a south park character. But then I don't get working out in 2 sweatshirts either, it's too damn hot. If I could I'd work out in gym shorts only without any shoes, like arnold used to, now that is keeping it real

    I think the funniest is that here in the north where we get real winters, the little "tough guy" kids walk around outside with their winter jacket wide open and no hats on when it's -25C but put on the wool hat when it's +30C in the summer...

    Yeah... real winners.

    Fortunately we ain't got none of those "south park" characters at the gym
