    Unhappy Help need advice on wot to take

    Hey every one i have been on gear b4 but come of now for well over a year cause of sum side effects that i didnt like now am looking to go bk on them and need advice on best cycle and post cycle i want more definition and lean muscle while keeping fair size am on stanazol tabs at moment and doing running 4 times a week to shift belly also got bit of Gynecomastia but not alot any advice on how to shift that and 10mm of fat that i have from the stomach thanks 4 help everyone

    Need help sheding body fat quickly
    I just read your other post, put down the gear and get your diet and cardio in order. You have no clue what you are doing. Did you listen to anything anyone told you?

    yeah have listened to everything that everyone has said but getting fed up of trying have got my diet straight and doing my cardio religiously but wanna know if and wot type of gear will help i know i aint got a clue thats y im on here trying to get advice any is greatly appreciated im 26 6'4 15 stone and have 10mm of body fat

    Gear is not what you need! Get your diet and cardio in order and dedicate yourself. Set somw goals and when you reach them start to think about aas usage. Do some research in the mean time you are clueless.
    Aas will not change your life and cause you to have a good diet and shed fat, these things are done pre cycle. Dedication cannot be injected.

    One step at a time, diet first and get into some kind of decent shape, this isnt going to take a week, its a constant battle.

    hey marcus mate have got the diet plan from here and am going to follow that and have got into the cardio been running 4 times a week for an hour at a time thinking that it will work as ya say it is going to be a long battle is it ok to finish the stanazol tabs as am 2 weeks into it or is it waste thanks for help

    hey cobra am going to follow the diet plan from this sight and have got right into the running now am doing 4 times a week 4 an hour each run i feel pretty confident that it will suceed but how long roughly till i see results have got calipers and they say i have just under 10mm of body fat thanks for the help
