oh sorry well what i did with my thais was drop into battery acid it should immediatley turn red/brown also they should be a bit hard to break

Put it in your mouth a swallow, If you get really big and strong fast its real...if not then its prob fake.

If you dont put on atleast 4-5lbs in the first couple weeks (with good diet and training) they they are bunk.

i get a slight heartburn like feeling but it kinda burns in my throat for a few hours after i take it. anyone else get this?
