    Gains Keep Coming

    Well, I had a successful first cycle.

    I am pleased with the size i have gained from it and I can say I love it when i'm on it.

    It has been 2 weeks and I am getting ready to start my PCT.

    I rounded off my cycle with a short ester test. (prop)

    I'm still hittin the gym hard and I have actually continued to see some strength and size gains.

    How often does this happen with people who use gear?

    My strength and weight gains kept up about 2 weeks after my prop cycle, then the next week I went down about 3 lbs, but I think it was water weight, I haven't lost any strength.

    So it's not to uncommon, I've heard of other members making gains on pct.

    still making gains even though the short ester is pretty much out of your system? Sounds like a win-win situation... congrats Duhly...

    I hope I can duplicate these gains... ho wait, Im not doing a pct this time... cruisin baby!!!

    Was this a simple test only cycle?

    I always try to reduce weight a little and increase reps. Give the ol' tendons a chance to catch up. But I'm older. You pups may not have that issue?

    I do the same thing, i'm young but my elbows especially hate me.

    yessir.....test e for 10wks...test prop for 4...i also didnt shut down??? i think i had the wonder cycle

    sounds like it bro... nice to see Im not some freak that recovers quickly and doesnt get nasty shutdown... makes future cycling a little more confidence inspiring
