10 days in . . . GYNO PARANOID?!

running npp 350/wk with hrt dose of test e . . .

sure its just paranoia but my nipples are slightly elevated (not flat), the right one more so. Have started liquidex at 0.25 e3d, wanted to start low as to see how I react. I know that Nolva reduces its effectiveness but i'm considering using 10mg ed for a week just until the adex kicks in?

It may even be because I trained chest yesterday? As i say i think its just paranoia, who knows, but i don't have any other symptoms.

What are your thoughts?

Is there any tenderness in the nipple?

If you're that concerned then just run the adex, put your mind at ease, and see how you feel.

Drop the nolva and run adex at .50 eod. That dose works wonders for me and im very gyno prone.

maybe a little tender but I did train chest pretty hard, almost certain I am worried about nothing, but started nolva at 10mg ed just until adex stabilises, do you think it will take more than a week at such a low dose?

That can happen, but stick with the a-dex for a few days and monitor the symptoms.. if itchiness, puffiness or hard lumps start to form, then administer the nolv..

Try running an AI like ARIMIDEX ,,LETROZOLE during this entire cycle.
Since you think you may already have gyno,,,I would use the LETROZOLE.
I would hold off on the NOLVA and use that after the cycle for PCT.
