Winny- need some help/advice
Hey guys.. well I've been thinking lately about getting on my first cycle of Winny so I can start my cut cycle. I have been reading online about how to take it IE. tabs or injectable and I've been leaning on tabs due to the fact I cannot take needles very well. The only supplements I have taken so far have been from a store (jack3d, whey protein) nothing like Winny. I have 0 knowledge about doing a cycle of roids and need some knowledge about it from some people who can help me out.. id appreciate it alot

it is customary for you to introduce yourself and post your stats. We are very sensitive to giving cycle advice to those that are under 25 years of age. And there is a lot of sensitivity about offering advice to someone asking about an "orals only" cycle.
Then you will probably be asked about your diet and exercise regime. Any chinks there and the response will probably be you aren't ready for aas.

I am 21, 5'8 190-95 right now, I've been doing Layne Norton's hypertrophy since the beginning of January and have been lifting since i am 17. Right now I'm on a high protein diet/low carb for the last 2 months eating 4-5 times a day, taking omega 3 pills. I've noticed a change in my body but no where that I would like to be at
Age-21
Height -5'8
Weight 190-195
BF 14%
Cycle Exp? 0
PCT Knowledge?
Diet (plus macros)? highprotein/low carb
Goals? get a 4-6 pack and look ripped
posted the routine for reference
Day One, Upper Power:
3 or 4 Compound pressing and pulling movements, 3-5 sets in the 5 rep range, and 1 Accessory Movement
Day Two, Lower Power:
2 or 3 Squatting and Deadlifting movements, 3-5 sets in the 5 rep range, and 1 Accessory Movement
Day Three, Off
Day Four, Hypertrophy Chest/Arms:
3 Benching movements, 2-3 sets in the 8-12 rep range. 1-2 reps short of failure.
3 Supersets consisting of 2 exercises each, 3 biceps and 3 triceps, 3 sets in the 8-12 range, 1-2 reps short of failure.
1 Chest accessory exercises, 3 sets, 8-12 reps, 1-2 reps short of failure.
Day Five, Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back/Traps:
4 Supersets consisting of 2 exercises each, 3 Shoulders and 3 Backs in the 8-12 reps range, and 2 Traps in the 10-15 rep range, 2-3 sets each. 1-2 reps short of failure.
1 Optional Back compound, 2 sets in the 8-12 rep range, 1-2 reps short of failure.
Day Six, Hypertrophy Legs/Calves:
2 Supersets consisting of 2-3 exercises each, 4-5 sets in the 8-15 range. 1-2 reps short of failure.
Day Seven, Off

-6-8 sets of Standing Calf, little higher reps, i like to do 6-8 on heavy days
Tues: Off (I usually do some cardio)
Wednesday: Hypertrophy Chest/Arms
(For hypertrophy days i never go to failure, always stop about 2 reps before failure)
-DB Incline Bech 3x8-12
-Barbell Close Grip Bench 3x8-12
-DB Flat Bench 2x8-12
-Preacher Curls 3x8-12 super setted with
-Standing French Press 3x8-12
-Push Downs 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Hammer Curls
-Cable Crossovers 3x8-12
-Machine Curl 3x8-12 supersetted with
-Machine Dips 3x8-12
Thursday: Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back/Traps
(For hypertrophy days i never go to failure, always stop about 2 reps before failure)
-DB Shoulder Press 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Front Raise 3x8-12
-DB One Arm Row 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Arnold Press 3x8-12
-Lat Pull Down (Wide Grip) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Shrugs 2x10-15
-Lat Pull Down (Close grip, palms facing in) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Upright Row 2x10-15
-T-bar row 2x8-12 (Usually too tired/dead to do this last exercise, but some times i do it)
Friday: Hypertrophy Legs/Calves

-Hack Squat 5x8-12 super setted with
-Standing Calf 5x10-15
-Leg Extensions 5x10-15 super setted with
-Sitting Leg Curls 5x10-15 super setted with

thanks for that article it was a good read but to be fair with you im going to do the cycle anyway as im sure im done growing at my age, i already know that there could be some negative side affects but dont we all know that before we get supplements?
i've been stuck at 14% BF for a while.. so if winny wont cut fat then what does it cut since its for people who are trying to cut?
i just want as much info/ tips you veterans on here could give me im a rookie at this kinda thing

cutting is best done with proper diet and cardio
winny will provide a look of hardness and vascularity once you're below 10%bf
regardless, winny should not be cycled alone

1) Horrible attitude to have when it comes to steroids
2)These are not supplements, we are talking about steroids. Big difference when it comes to side affects
3)Again, stuck at 14% doesnt mean you need steroids, it means your diet needs worked on
4)Winny doesnt cut, it gives your muscles a hardened look, IF, your BF is low enough
