First ever cycle - var

Hi everyone,

Im 24, 182 lbs, 6'0 and have been training for 3 years. I wanted to start a cycle and I have been recommended to start with anavar . I have access to var but I was wondering what is enough to obtain decent results?

I would not run aas at your age.

Anyway, to answer your question less than 50 mg ed is a waste, IMHO.

Stack mesterolone with and your PCT will be easier.

1. Because probably your HPTA is not fully developed.

2. Because from your stats you have plenty of time to grow naturally reaching 200 lbs.

3. Because AAS should be used in order to go beyond one's genetic limit. In your case, you still have to reach that limit.

whoever that recommended you to start your first cycle with var needs to get on the forum and learn more about aas mate. besides, agree with the rest here, u're still kinda young for aas. i'm sure u'll have more potential for natural growth at 24yrs old and with 3years training under your belt.

As everyone stated, your body does not reach true homeostasis hormonally until age 25 at the earliest. By 21 you are 90% there, but it isn't truly complete until at least 25, and truthfully even that is a generalization. There are people who continue to grow height wise into their mid 20s.

I agree with what everyone said. You are better off natural for now. Learn about proper diet and supplementation. Learn about a proper size and strength building routine. Post some info on your current diet and routine and we can probably give you some pointers that at your age will mimic the effects of steroids without the risk. I've made great gains naturally into my 30s. The only reason I would even consider steroids would be to get fully healed from some nagging injuries.
