    Cramping & Back Spasms - Any Solutions?

    Hey bros...

    I'm running a Test-S / Tren -A / Anavar cycle right now.

    I'm about 2 1/2 weeks into the cycle, and it will only be run until the end of week 5. (burst-cycle.)

    Gains have been incredible thus far; regardless, lately I've also been having incapacitating back pumps lately.

    Now, I'm almost positive that it's the anavar that's responsible for the pumps. (running it @ 150mg/ed)

    I have been trying to combat this. I've taking a large amount of taurine each day, and max'ed out the potassium dose. It's only helping to a degree.

    But here's the thing - they have begun to get so bad that I've been having to use ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

    I haven't been able to do dead-lifts for 1 1/2 weeks now.

    What I'm wondering is, are there any supplement / system support that you guys can recommend to help with this issue I'm having?

    PS sorry for putting this in the Q&A... didn't think I'd get many responses in the supps section, and figured that the pumps were definitely correlated to the AAS usage.

    Yeah...

    That was the answer that I didn't want to hear.

    I'm going to man up for the next day, and if it continues I'll reduce to 125mg/ed and then 100mg/ed if necessary.

    On a side note, just had a physiotherapist look/work on the lower back. He did this thing to help "disperse the pain/cramping"... it kinda worked but not really.

    My back was so sensitive he couldn't do it completely/properly unfortunately..

    Look into Calcium/Magnesium supplementation and make sure your staying hydrated during your blast.

    I too run my Var at 150mg and I usually do the above along with 5-6g of Taurine and a steady dosage of Potassium.

    That's all I can think of. Stick through it and let us know..

    Yeah.. I'm drinking a ton of water.

    Taurine is high right now as well. I'll look into the Calcium... I already take ZMA so I'm pretty sure I got the magnesium covered.

    Regardless, the pain isn't as bad anymore. Just had a solid chest workout.

    I'm thinking I might be really sensitive to the cramps & pumps on this go with var b/c this is injectable anavar .. perhaps a bit stronger then conventional oral var!

    Get a Sport Massage on your lower back. Erector Spinae, Lats, deep tissue. It may hurt a little, but may also help with your cramping etc...

    Stay hydrated too.

    Yeah... that's going to be painful lol.

    I'm doing alright for now.

    It was unbearable for the last 2 days, but the pains seem to have subsided a bit.

    I'll definitely consider the massage therapy.

    How much taurine are we talking here? I was running test tren and drol and nothing short of 6-7 grams of tauring a day even helped

    Bengay, Tiger Balm, etc. Also try to DMSO cream with aloe. I use this when my shoulder gets bad and it helps fast.

    8.5 grams of taurine each day. anadrol use to give me brutal pumps lol. How much drol are you taking?

    Right on. Thanks man. The girlfriend was preaching that tiger-balm stuff, but I was having none of it lol.

    im on drol atm (only 50mg mind you) but not getting any noticable back pumps, got more on 40mg dbol !
