what to do next?!
So since I need to stop mid-cycle because of my emergency appendectomy whats the best way to make the best out of a bad situation?
So i'll be starting pct the end of next week and shortly after that i'll be able to lift again.
What should i eat over these next few weeks of no lifting also, once i get back into the gym what should be my goals with lifting?
Thanks for helping me out with the guys

We cant really decide your goals for you. Once your ok to lift start off light, thats all I can really say. Why do you have to stop your cycle? Will it complicate the sugery or are you stopping it because you cant lift for a couple weeks?

I had another thread going and the general consensus was to stop since I cant lift for three more than 15lb for three weeks. So I figure I stop now, just puts me closer to when I can start my next cycle lol
idk how to eat to keep gains, while coming off cycle AND not lifting..
