    weight gainer during bulk cycle ?

    I started my bulking cycle two weeks ago and im just finishing my second week and was wondering would it be a good idea to go on
    weight gainer
    like take 4scoops when i wake up and 4scoops around 5ish

    im on anadrol and test-c

    i dont know why anyone does weight gainer? why do weight gainer? its the exact same as whey protein except with massive calories and fat too. compare the labels on the bags. i never understood the concept of packing on massive protein, fat and calories then having to cut cycle for three months verses packing on massive protein. i eat clean year round, clean protein powder year round. i can see jay and ronnie doing that. but shit, theyre ifbb. they dont work, eating and cutting like that is their life.

    im not saying its wrong, i just dont understand it. i pack 60 pounds on clean in three months in my bulking cycle and im clean, no extreme diet cycle. why do i want to add all that fat and then spend three months painfully cutting. many other iffbb wonder the same.

    its just my opinion. im never right. and never claim to be.

    If you are looking for extra calories I see no issue including this in your supplement lineup. Just don't solely rely on this for any of your macro needs/goals. Use it to supplement your already existing diet.

    yeah true say i could see me putting on lots of fat in these two months with weight gainer and then after these two months i would have to work my ass off during my cutting cycle

    if youre going to do that, it doesnt matter when you take them. just in between your solid foods meals. i take my protein shakes in between each solid foods meal. whey in the day, and casein at midnight and 3-4 am if i can manage.

    for sure. youll get just as much muscle off the regular whey protein, as a gainer. they both supply 24 grams of protein per scoop. which is the wrong way to look at it. just focus on 50 grams of protein per shake. two a day and casein at late night to keep you anabolic during your long sleep.

    if your getting your bodymass requirements in protein, then your good to go.

    look at porter cottrell, 1994 number 6 mr. olympia. he never did the dirty bulk cycle. he never had a cutting cycle. man, any day of the year his skin was so thin he looked like muscle wrapped in saran wrap. just shear muscle. i told him i didnt understand why guys did the dirty bulk cycle and then spent three painful months cutting. and he told me he felt the same way, he eats clean 24 to 7. none of that calorie/fat gainer stuff. the regular whey will put it on you cleanly at the same rate. and i read that other ifbb feel the same way.

    eh, just some of my opinion, its late and im bored. and my opinion means nothing at all. just hope its something to consider....

    just be careful some weight gainers have an unnecessary amount of carbs and cals too.
    I love real gain by universal or you could buy some waxy maize and add it to your pwo shake, i do that too

    I would only add weight gainer to my nutrition plan if i was not able to eat enough food through the day! I still would think protein shakes and whole wheat crackers along with almonds and cashews would be some easy things to eat to get in the extra calories. Food is your best answer for quality muscle gains as weight gainer can very easily = putting on extra fat easier that food!

    thats the main reason im thinking of taking weight gainer because im not really able to eat food through out my day so im probably going to go on it,

    Again, keep the majority of your nutritional intake whole foods, and not fluids.

    if you want a simple clean weight gainer, add oats to your whey shakes. hard to drink down for the 1st few times but excellent for fast nutrition and cals

    alrighty sounds good ill try that oats thing first and then ill buy the weight gainer if i don't really like it,

    you get uused to it mate, becomes easy to down in one and much better than any of that sugar filled expensive crap
