oh man....
Well i was planning on starting my cycle this monday.. But i caught some wicked cold 2 days ago, i worked out today for like 15 mins and gave up i was sweating bad i was out of breath.. i figure this cold may be gone by monday, but if it isnt should i hold off on cycle? its going to take 3 weeks for my stack to kick in anyways, so i don't see point in delaying it what do you guys think?

I know you are taking T400 but I forget what else?? If you have something to kick start the cycle, I know the prop in T400 will do this a little, I would wait. But if you gear is mostly longer acting esters I would say go for it now, you should have time to recover by the time the gear gets into your system. Dick is right though if it does turn into something worse than a cold you could be screwed.

Ahhhhhhhhh , you got the sniffels...go ahead , start ! It's only Friday..see how you feel Sunday night and take it from there. Take some Advil cold and sinus and call me tomorrow.
On the other hand....I'll take your gear for you until your feeling better

I would wait till your fully recovered.
You won't get the most out of your work outs when your sick and if you come down w/ the Test flu it'll make u feel even worse.
There's nothing worse then being sick when your on a cycle...

If it's just a cold (ie: no fever) and you are able to lift Sunday I say shoot away!! but if you got the flu or some other nasty bug wait until you've fully recovered...
I know how you feel... I don't start my spring cycle till April and I can't stand it!! I'm soooooo ready for those TEST sex marathons,,, (and so is my girlfriend!!)

P.S. I'm not gonna mention your personal shit, but its important that all the bros know that you have had some medical problems quite recently. DO NOT start until you're 100% healthy.

Bro, you know I'm your boy, and I'm telling ya to wait. Try to remember where you spent X-mas dawg!!! Make sure it's nothing serious, and then start. You'll be grateful you did.

Decoder,
You definitely need to wait before you start your cycle. I realize it is difficult when you have everything lined out to go and all of a sudden you get thrown a curve ball.
There are several nasty strains of flu going around this year and some of them are very aggressive and difficult to treat. We have seen a influx of flu patients ths year ranging from the very young and healthy to the elderly. Be patient and hold off or you may develop something more serious and this could keep you out for several weeks.
Generally a "cold" will cause some mild discomfort via sniffles, sneezing, coughing, and congestion. If you are feeling any symptoms like you have described, it would indicate you are in the early stages of something other than a "cold". Shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, sweating, fever, and dizziness usually indicate something more severe such as a bronchial infection, inner ear, or sinus based infection. Nothing OTC will help eliminate this other than making your symptoms less severe.
What most patients hate to hear is that these illnesses usually just need to run their course accompanied by a healthy diet, lots of fluids, and REST. Working out in a gym is only going to breakdown your fragile immune system and expose you to a plethora of other germs in the gym. Stay at home and rest. If your symptoms increase in severity, you may want to see your Dr. to see about a antibiotic script. Do this as a last resort so you are not taking any unnecessary antibiotics. Watch your sputum(snot or anything else you hack up) for color changes from green to shades of yellow usually indicate an infection. If it's clear, you should be okay!

ITS CLEAR! YAY i worked out today for 30 mins, it was to hard so i stopped. I am possitive that this is just a cold and not the flu, and everyone at the gym has it, everyone claims its weather related I am in south Texas.

Sweet... then pound the nyquil, keep the 'cold n sinus' ready and get on your way!!
All joking aside, I'd wait unless you KNEW you could continue to work through any illness no matter how severe. I've been known to throw myself in an almost coma from working out while sweating out colds...it's hard to do and if the juice works against your immune system - I can't even imagine how serious it could get.
