I wanted to know if winstrol is effective for what i want to do and that get to 205 and bodyfat to 8%, if anyone who's used it can tell me exactly how to dose and ect i would really appreciate it.

Nope.

First off, you are still too young for ANY steroids .
Second, winstrol is basically pointless for anyone over 10% BF.
Third, it doesnt burn fat.
Fourth, you need diet and cardio to reach your goals.
