Lol I'm sure his diet has nothing to do with the size of his testicles lol.
Maybe he just has big ol balls
Did this test come in the same order you used with your last shots? Or was this two individual orders to get these vials?
And is this UGL or some Pharm grade Test?
If two orders, I would say perhaps not legit Test on the second order.

I still say diet. This doesnt look like a well thought out diet to me....
5 eggs morning, oatmeal
granola bars for little snack
white rice with 2 chicken breasts
another scoop of rice later on in day
dinner- usally some beef, pork, pasta etc
later on around 7 have another bowl of rice
and usually another granola bar or two couple hours before bed

You need to be more detailed then what you have listed...
Do you know how many calories, carbs, protein or fats your taking in?
Do you know what you require per day?

Ah yeah, I agree he could use some more NomNomNom'ing of the foods.
So it's either a weak diet (very plausible), and/or bad gear on the second batch.
I'm not too up to date on this lab as of late, so I can't say anything regarding their current quality. I'll take your word on them being questionable. Some labs go bad after a while. It's a shame.
Bah, I'm off to bed. Get R' Done peach. (*Group Hug* C'mon you know ya want it. )

your balls are shutdown because your using test so your natural production stops. didnt you know this would happen before you started?
-

No one I know has ever had an issue with the particular lab nor has he or his buddies so i say its been called into question tounge in cheek.
I dont see 4800 but i dont know the amounts your consuming. You should try and figure out your TDEE.
On another note if your working a lot more then you were last cycle and your bigger then you were last cycle then then that could be why your having a hard time gaining.
anyway im off to train.

Brother if this is your diet above .....you are waaaaaaayyyy off.
You need to research first of all the Harris Benedict Formula for men.
Then figure out your TDEE . This will be a multiplier once you figure out the Cals required to gain. If you need help I can do the calc for you. Give me all your stats...age, weight, etc.
Also regarding your diet. I have bolded the areas that really need help. You are not getting even close to enough protein in this diet. You need to get rid of the rice and eat way more protein. And a granola bar??? NO...you will not gain anything eating like this. Guaranteed. And i think you are way off on the cals. Spreadsheet it out down to the macro for me so i can look.
Thanks

Ok so here is a little info for you.
The BMR formula uses the variables of height, weight, age and gender to calculate the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). This is more accurate than calculating calorie needs based on body weight alone. The only factor it omits is lean body mass and thus the ratio of muscle-to-fat a body has. Remember, leaner bodies need more calories than less leaner ones. Therefore, this equation will be very accurate in all but the very muscular (will underestimate calorie needs) and the very fat (will over-estimate calorie needs).
So given that here is the equation:
English BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
So use the mens formula for yourself. And after you get that number. You need to figure out your TDEE. This will be a multiplier that will reduce or increase your calories based on your daily activity levels.
Then you will have to eat like 500 cals above that number to GAIN weight or eat right at that number to MAINTAIN weight or eat under that number to loose weight.
Calc that out for yourself. It is fun and will really help you understand. Calc it out and ill double check it for you if you like.
Good luck

I am not debating wether or not the TEST is real.
I am seeing problems in his diet and trying to help in that department.
I can't control if someone has bunk gear. But I can help them if their diet is lacking or knowledge of diet is lacking, which it is clear that help was needed in those departments first.
Hopefully the gear is bad so he can learn how to eat first so when his diet is dialed in the gear will really be of some benefit

Its not too late for it to "kick in" but I would think you would have felt something by now. That said, even if you did experience libido or testicular atrophy your protein intake looks to be about 125-175 a day and I would guess you arent breaking 3k calories. You could have the most potent test in the world and see crap results with a diet like that.

Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
SO BMR= 66+ (1121.4)+(876.3)-(163.2) =1900.5 cals THis is your BMR
THEN:
Once you know your BMR (basal metabolic rate) then use your daily activity factor to get your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE):
-Sedentary................BMR x 1.2 (little exercise)
-Lightly active...........BMR x 1.375 (light exercise)
-Moderately active.....BMR x 1.55 (moderate exercise)
-Very active.............BMR x 1.725 (hard exercise)
-Extremely active......BMR x 1.9 (hard exercise daily)
So i put you on Moderately Active and took 1900.5x1.55=2945.77 CALS TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT. NOW ADD 500 CALS TO THAT EVERY DAY AND YOU WILL GAIN.
YOU NEED 3500 CALS ROUGHLY A DAY TO GAIN.
HOPE THIS HELPS

Well you will be surprised. Most people say they are eating like 5000+ a day and they are incorrect. It may be like your calculation you did. You came up with 1600 and were way off. You will get it though. Just write it down to the macro and you will see.
I can tell you for sure just looking at your diet that you are not getting enough protein.
