Clen cycle
Hey I am trying to pretty much cut body fat down in quick manner without any gear or the least amount possible.
Stats:
6'2"
285
25.6 percent body fat
Posted a keto diet on the diet forum and I am in the middle of tweaking it to lower the carbs further. But my question is could I get away with a clen only cycle to burn off fat (t3 burns fat as well) along with my keto diet. Please give me your thoughts?

I'd introduce thermogenics only after you've hit a wall.
don't take the easy way out just yet.

Let the Keto do it's work, throw in some HIIT and lower that BF before resulting to Therms as D7M highlighted.

Ok thanks! Ive heard some conflicting thoughts about cardio after working out. I have heard some people say get a shake in between working out and cardio and others say skip the shake until after working out altogether.

Eat/take your shake after your cardio, if you're doing cardio PWO.
You'll be fine.
You won't miss your "anabolic window" at all.

completely agree, the 'window' is a little more hype and marketing than it really is. youll get a better workout and cardio without the drink and rest than just hitting the cardio after.
I have also found clen to work much better AFTER you have lost all the initial weight a diet will give you, save the clen for burning off the stickier fat.

yea diet and cardio for now, and start the thermogenics once you hit the wall like clen or t3.

Have you tried fasted cardio?
Fist thing upon waking get a 30 min brisk walk with the dog.
