Side effect questions about women and winstrol

Iv'e googled my butt off on this! Put up a couple posts. I'm pretty concerned. My girl just did some var, 10mg ed. Added 10mg winny ed. 5 wks into winny now. Her voice started to crackle about 2 weeks in. I did more more reseach and saw stuff about the voice change not going back to normal after stopping. She has stopped taking it now because of the voice change. People were asking her if she was sick all the time. At 5 weeks in, crackle in the voice, are the chances good her voice will go back to almost normal, and how long would it take after stopping oral winny?

Definitely have her drop the Winny immediately. Hopefully the changes aren't permanent. If it were my girl, I would have her lay off the Var too (for the best chance of reversing the voice thing).
