personally I do cardio twice a day - morn and evening for 1 hour. I'm also around 13% now and aiming for single digit. The fat is dropping off! Don't see any problems with doing to much cardio as long as you're eating your daily maintenence and your cardio is low intensity. I should ad that I've made no serious gains yet haven't lost anything either. I'm mostly concerned with getting to a single digit before making more serious gains.

1 hour of cardio a day is enough, anymore i think is over doing it, unless your cutting for a comp, i would suggest breaking up your cardio sessions, maybe one in the morning and one before or after your weight training, all together is too much at once without any food for energy

    Cardio always after lifting

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cardio always after lifting doing cardio after a hard work out forces your body to work harder.

I AGREE ON CARDIO AFTER UNLESS ITS JUST TO WARM UP SAY 5 MINS OR SO,I DONT LIKE TO SPEND ANY ENERGY BEFORE HITTING THE WEIGHTS

i do a HIt cardio session in the morning first thing i do when i wake up 25 mins

then i would do some steady cardio at night before bed 40mins

i dont see any problem with doing more cardio as long as your calories is up

Lee priest does cardio twice a day so that he can keep eating without going crazy on his diet
