    Muscle stiffness and pain after 1st injection

    I shot 250 mg of test e in my right quad yesterday. It didnt hurt until I woke up this morning. Feels almost like a nasty bruise. I am guessing this is normal because of it being my first cycle. Should I do the next shot in the glute? Only have 1 syringes inch though? Any thoughts?

    Sounds normal. Virgin muscles are always a pain. As long as there is no discoloration, you'll be alright.

    Ok so if I stick with delts only should I try to inject in the same spot each time or a differant spot? Or does it even matter?

    Spot rotate between delts, glutes, and vastus lateralis. That's what I do.

    Will I be ok with a 23 1 for the glutes? I am only about 8%bf so I think that would be ok.

    I pretty sure i hit the vastus intermedius. Damn my virgin muscle. Was limping a little today.

    1:1 ration w/ cotton or grape seed oil.
    Sleep with heating pads at night on the pin area
    Pre-warm oil to let the juice disperse easier
    Inject in the muscle prior to training that muscle to let the oil disperse easier
    Massage thoroughly 5-8 minutes to let the oil disperse easier
    Wait it out, for most the pain will subside
    Rotate spot injections
    Inject slow
    Make sure the volume of the injection is suitable for the muscle you are pinning in.
