    Shake Weight + Steroids

Is the shake weight the real deal? I live a busy life and don't have as much time as I used to have to devote to the gym. Can the Shake Weight be a reliable substitute to build mass regardless if I'm on gear or not?

    ps - this is serious

I know it looks like a scam, but I've read nothing but good reviews on it which is why I'm tossing the idea into the wolves (you guys) to tear apart.

Come on man, we all live busy lives. An hour in the gym a few times a week isn't gonna kill you. And if you really can't make it to the gym, buy a pullup bar, a couple dumbells and some weights and exercise at home.

If my ethics/morals were just a little bit worse, I would totally start inventing crap like this to sell to people like him.

Okay okay...to provide a serious answer....the "shake arm" or whatever the f### it's called is not even as useful as masturbating. At least masturbating is fun...at least it should be.

Just when I think that I have a ton to learn somebody asks about juicing while using the Shake Weight as their main routine. OP...I'm not trying to ridicule you...but my God bro...the Shake Weight is an absolute worthless piece of shit.

If I had not the time or money to go to the gym I'd probably do multiple sets of butt wipes before I'd use the arm shaker. Seriously man...if you're really that pressed then find something to do pullups on, do some pushups, some core work, one legged squats in a doorway...I don't know...anything but the arm shaker. And anything but steroid while you're doing so.

For 30 bucks, you'd be better off spending it to get muscles airbrushed on your body.

Bodyweight exercises are free and 100 times as effective as some stupid ass gimmick sold on the TV.

No. Absolutely not. You'll burn a few calories. If you were old and very weak, dehabilated, or coming off a certain acute injury it might benefit you a bit.

I've never heard of anybody planning to run a cycle while using a TV infomercial gimmick as their main routine.

Post some stats. Post your workout routine in the workout forum. Post your diet in the diet forum.

If you're considering using the Shake Weight on Cycle then there is a lot that you don't understand.

I'm 5' 9" 170 with less than 13% bf. I wouldn't take this to cut, just looking for a convenient way to pack on the weight again. I haven't spent much time researching the shake weight which is why I may come off naive. I've been out of the game for a few years now, and don't have the same motivation to go hard anymore. I know its not comparable to working out in the gym 3-5x a week, but that's not the kind of results that I'm expecting.

On a side note - I don't plan on using this with gear after reading your reactions

    No way man.

Just go buy a home weight set. That shake weight is really cheap. It looks really phoney. All it can do is teach you how to give a good handjob.,that's why the one for women was made 1st.

Yes...buy a bench and some weights. Find something to do pullups on. Research core work. And IMHO one legged squats are a great exercise. You can do one legged calf raises on a board with a dumbell in hand. If you buy a couple of empty dumbell bars and some various weights then you can defenitely get started and do plenty of exercises to begin with only that.

So spend the money on that.......or better yet.......spend the same amount for a year membership at a gym. Whatever you choose......don't piss away 30 bucks on something that ultimately amounts to piss poor cardio.

It works. Highly recommend it. Especially if you are lacking in the lower body area. I brought my calves up quit well with this product.
