Time off between cycles

I have typically only cycled once per year so this never mattered to me. however I am considering putting on some really good size and staying on for a little while. Now rule of thumb I believe is stay off as long as you were on. IE. 12 weeks on... 12 weeks off. Are there any other opinions from the vets that suggest something else?

The general rule is time on +pct = time off but thats just a guideline so get bloodwork done first to be sure all is ok

What can you tell me about the blood work? I have asked a few people with no assistance. What ALL to have tested, and what am I looking for. Also how will I know the difference if I have not done this prior to my cycle/s

If you didn't get BW pre-cycle, you won't have a baseline to compare it to.

But you could still get BW done and see how you compare to the average.
