Pretty much that is it, left in the basement for 24hrs will be ok

I would make a new batch if you have it. If you dont have another batch, then just go ahead and use it... but you may be inkecting bac water only. I am unsure of how long it takes to become inneffective outside of the fridge....but yea, just make a new vial

It may have lost some potency, but it should still work ok.
