Hi I'm Bob and I'm a Yo-Yo Gainer
Or really I should say Hi I'm ErectileTissue and I'm a Yo-Yo gainer.
I've done two cycles in the past. The first cycle was Sustanon on its own, and it increased my total body weight by 20%. My second cycle was Test & Deca & Dbol , and it put about another 10% on top of that. I got great results!
So here I am one year later, back at square one. I have lost everything that I gained. I used to have people call me a "tank" and a "bulldog" and a "beefed-up guy" and say that I was "built like a shit-brick house".
Now though, some people say I look "fit". The more honest people tell me I look a little bit scrawny.
I had planned to do a third cycled consisting of Testosterone and Trenbolone , but now I'm thinking What's the point?!, I'm just gonna lose it all anyway as soon as I come off the juice.
So I've been thinking and thinking and thinking and thinking, and my problem boils down to one thing:
Food
When I am on steroids , my appetite is through the roof, I eat maybe 5 or 6 times a day and I absolutely stuff my face. The amount of food I eat is enough for me to put on muscle.
However, once the steroids leave my system, my appetite drops back down to normal, and the problem is that my normal appetite is very low. I'm talking I can eat one bowl of cereal in the morning and then go the whole day without eating. No joke. I rarely feel hunger.
Believe, I have tried to eat, I have tried and tried and tried. I have literally bounced a fork of food off my mouth because my mouth simply just won't accept it. My brain tells me I'm full and it won't accept any more food.
So right now I'm thinking about one thing. I need to find a drug that I can take 24/7 for the rest of my life which will stimulate my appetite. For me, that's the only way I can see myself keeping muscle. I'm sick of this Yo-Yo gaining bullshit.
I can go ahead with my third cycle of Test & Tren , and I will get great results for 3 months... but in the following months I will waste away like an AIDS victim. That is not what I desire.
Honestly, I really need advice on this, I think I need a drug that will increase my appetite, and I will take this drug in the time I spend between cycles.
Any ideas anyone? I want a clean safe drug that I can take 24/7 for the rest of my life that won't harm my health in anyway.

I think you need to realize that steroids are suppose to take us beyond our natural potential. SO when we stop taking them, our gains start to dimenish!

its called willpower...im sorry to say but eating 1 bowl of cereal and not eating again is a bit of a joke..maybe you are simply not cut out to use steroids if this is all you supposedly can eat....
no drug is going to help u...its a committment to use AAS and coming off it the diet is perhaps even more important..u will continously lose all your gains unless you can remain consistant..until you can do that id say stay off the juice because you are doing more harm then good...
and i severely doubt that you are just incapable of eating more... once again its called willpower..
sorry to be so harsh but u have to realise that..

the above statements are 100% agreeable. Diet is everything. To put on good size I force myself to eat all day long and lots of food. I aim for a 5k diet. breakfast to build should look like this: 7 egg whites & 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of oatmeal, 4 pieces of turkey bacon and a piece of toast with OJ. = just under 800 calories. If you stick with a large quantity of good foods you will stay large and healthy. As far as losing size this is inevitable over time regardless, exercise is a lifelong commitment you cant stop at all or the yo-yo effect is a guaranteed end result. Another possibility is your PCT, did you do this?

I have big issues eating a lot too.
Tablespoons of olive oil help
Training really hard helps me, too

I get way more hungry when I lift. If I stop and have some off days, I will become much less hungry. See if you're not hungry after some huge squats. Or, if you're skinny as hell, eat what you can and then slam gainer shakes all day .

I too struggle with eating my friend... my only savior is gainer shakes. one in the morning and one at night equals just over 2500 calories. I can easily eat another 1-2k of healthy food throughout the day. It works for me.

I wanted to wait to see if anyone had any appetite drugs since that was what the OP asked. Since that does not seem to be the case, have you looked into using acidophilus to increase the effieciency of your digestive trac and also possibly papaya extract or some other digestive enzyme prior to meals? Sometimes a poor appetite is the result of a poor digestive system.

Not one mention of any PCT? If your not doing one at all no wonder you can't eat and you lose all your gains. My guess is your eventually quit working out all together after a cycle too.
You could maybe also try some B-12 shots in PCT to help appetite. Doesn't work for everyone but some people it helps.
I think the real hurdle is you have to think that your whole cycle is only a road to your PCT. Because keeping the gains is really what is should be all about, not the 8 weeks or whatever you are on cycle....as great as those are.

Seriously, if you can smoke weed, that will get your appetite up. If not, then destroy your legs on leg day. Usually on leg day I eat like a pig.
OP..... I don't think anybody likes eating 5 pounds of chicken, turkey, beef and greens everyday. It gets to a point where you dread eating that chicken breast and potato. But you just have to sit and think about how much your muscles appreciate it

Eating is hard work. Its a bitch to eat every 2-3 hrs day in and day out. Bland ass food. It sucks. Carb cutting. Sucks. Just have to do it. Any your weight loss and gain "yo-yo" is pretty natural, even if you juiced much more often the body never just stays the same weight! Its frustrating and discouraging sometimes, but over the long haul you will gain. And your comment about AAS stimulating appetite is half true. I know tren and anadrol for me decrease my appetite, believe anavar did too.
I do like the acipholous and GI support supplement idea above. Been using this myself. Eating alot stresses the GI tract and its not what you eat, but what you absorb when it comes down to it.

Remember when you were a kid? After doing things like swimming you were STARVED! I think you are just not getting enough exercise. Maybe you are bored with pushing weight up and down? Find a way to PLAY (something exhausting that you enjoy) and your appetite MUST increase. For me it is riding/racing dirt bikes. I work out to make riding more fun. Find something you like and it will all be a little more possible and tolerable. Like stated above... shakes are an easy slam of good calories too!

"Smoke weed" sure this will help you eat more however It also lowers your test levels. On top of that we train to be healthy so why smoke on the regular?

Here's my plan so far (and it may be subject to change):
I will go ahead with my Test & Tren cycle, and I will eat weight gainer shakes every day for the rest of my life. Maybe that will do it for me.
And believe me, I am 100000000000% sure that anabolic steroids such as Testosterone send my appetite through the roof. It's not placebo, I'm certain of it.
I'm gonna look into these weight gainer shakes.
In the meantime I'm open to all advice anyone has to give.

a jar of peanut butter in your car and rubber band a tablespoon around it every time you get in and out have a scoop it will put meat on your bones trust me.

Smoking weed does lower natty test, but if you're on cycle it doesn't matter. I know that B12 helped my appetite. During the week I'm very scheduled with my diet having work and the gym, but on the weekends it does go a little off track, I have my daughter and the food has to come second to her. Go to Bodybuilding.com and buy a weight gainer called Muscle Juice. For the money it's the best, lowest in sugar, lowest in fat, a little high in cholesterol and it tastes great! I drink four 1/2 serving of it a day. A full serving is 1000 calories, so by using 1/2 servings I get an extra 2k calories a day on top of my food. This allows me to get my calories and not feel bloated all day. But like everyone said, it's mind of matter, it took about 2 weeks of me eating every 2-2.5hrs before I felt semi normal and not sweating from being full. Also, you don't have to eat 100% clean all the time, I've "dirty-ed up" my food some and haven't put on any extra BF.
