HCG Question

If running a 500mg/week x 10 weeks cycle, when and how much HCG should be taken?

Also, is this a good pct.

I'd have you on 250ius 2x week, rather than a large dose of 500ius. Some require 500ius 2x week though.

Start the HCG in this first 1-2 weeks and run until 5-7 day away from PCT.

Stats are 5'10 155lbs, 21 years old.

Lifting religously for 8 months. I'm going to wait until I bulk up to 170 before I touch steroids .

I went from 130 to 155 in that time, so I'm making great natural progress.

Cycle will be of Test E and PCT is nolvadex .
