Oral VS Inject Winny

I am wondering what should I take Oral or Injectable Win? I am looking to gain lean mass.

What he said, but to answer your question there's around a 20% difference when comparing nitrogen retention in orally administered Winstrol , too injectable.

Injectable. But if you're stacking it with test (and you should), the oral can actually be more beneficial, since it binds up SHBG more and causes a large IGF-1 spike on its first pass through the liver.
This factor, combined with the lower cost and not having to deal with daily painful injections just makes oral Winstrol the obvious choice, IMO.
