    am i expecting too much from dbols? aka, is it bunk?

    running my first cycle here of test e and dbols to "kickstart" it!
    i am now on day 11 of taking 50mg dbols a day (2 caps a day spread out)
    i dont feel any different from taking it, no sides, no strength increase no more motivated or pumped up to go to the gym, everything seems to be normal? i talked to my source who says im being impatient and or expecing too much? im just wondering if i am?
    i will continue to take it and see, ill edit the label name and post a picturr after the gym!
    i know im going to be waiting for test to kick in at 4wks +- a week.....? im going to test blood pressure levels @ gym too and keep a record?

    dude, plain and simple, if you're taking 50mg a day and your strength has not gone up the gear is bunk. you're not going to feel any different. it will not give you motivation to go to the gym. at day 11 if you aren't lifting more weight from your starting point of day 1 it's bunk. plan and simple.

    another thing test e will kick in around week 6 to 7(some people 8). not the week four your source told you

    example: what ever was you max bench press 11 days ago try lifting it now if you could only get 1 rep up then you should be able to get at least 3 to 4 up if you're still stuck on 1 the dbol is bunk

    D-bol should kick in within the first week. Test e usually kicks in at around week 4-5. Sounds like your d-bol is bunk.

    I have never heard anyone say that test E took 8 weeks to kick in, 6 at most.

    I said 6 to 7 weeks and some people 8

    Dbol made me jump from 228 to 255 in a matter of maybe 2 weeks. That was taking 50-75mg/day. If you're not gaining massive amounts of weight and strength through the roof... It isn't working, because dbol is very potent. It's kinda like taking super creatine. Creatine x9000+. Heh. The power level, it's over 9000!

    I didn't think dbol was very potent alothough i took 30mg of prochem that I got from my trusted source.

    The first time i did dbol i had to slow my self down in the first week cause i felt like i could deadlift a car... if you havn't felt any thing at all and no bloat and strength increase then ya you got robbed.

    50mgs for 11 days is definetely enough time and mgs to start seeing the effects. I'd question your source cause i feel d-bol kick in around day 5 and start to see results within a few days later.

    Ok looking at my records, here are my workout numbers:
    bench 180lbs x 3 11 days ago Today i did 185 for 5 reps
    Row - 235lbs x 6 10 days ago Yesterday did 225lbs for 8 reps but did not set bar down inbetween each rep (i guess i felt stronger?)
    Overhead Press 100lbs x 5 10 days ago Yesterday i did 110lbs for 5 reps
    Deadlifts - 390 x 5 SAME, i actually attempted 405 after doing 385 for 5 but couldnt lift it
    Squat 335 x 3 8 days ago and, this week i got 325 for 5
    Dips 15 today i got a set of 20 and a couple sets of 17 out

    SO as you can see my lifts HAVE gone up (for the most part) but not a lot? i was expecting a little more perhaps? especially with deads and squats? knowing these numbers what are your thoughts now? maybe tomorrow ill go to the gym ( rest day) and have a go at lifting max's on bench, squat and DL?

    my Systolic Pressure was 137 today and Dialostic Pressure was at 86 (both said to be normal range) this was pre workout after taking 1MR pre workout drink (which i think i will stop taking soon once test kicks in?)

    It does look like your lifts are rising.
    I am currently on my 16th day of Dbol @ 30mg daily.
    10mg am / 10mg noonish / and 10mg pm
    Im also on 400mg Test C and 400mg deca weekly.
    I’m currently up close to 14 pounds from start date. This is without major mods to diet.
    Probably gained 3 pounds in the 1st five days
    As for my lifts, I agree with the feller above. I have had to put the brakes on.
    As I feel like I can bench press trucks. The pump is stupid good!

    I am in the midst of editing my diet...again because i thought this too. dont get my wrong i eat clean and eat a lot. i dont see how it could affect gains?
    today:
    meal 1: Cup of Oatmeal with scoop of protein, Flax seed and wheat germ, and a banana
    Meal 2: Chicken Breast and Cup of Long grain brown rice
    Meal 3: Chicken Breast and Cup of Long grain brown Rice
    Meal 4: Chicken Breast and Broccoli
    Meal 5: Apple and PB
    Meal 5: Chicken Breast, 2 boiled Eggs
    Meal 6: 3 Scrambled Eggs, cottage cheese

    2 ibetween snacks are Protein Shake and caisen

    im trying to eat a lot and gain size... i will be making a daily specific diet this week too
    but that's sort of average for me, 3300 calories is my minimum target.....

    What would be the harm in upping to 3 25mg caps daily?

    I’m not a pro, but I’d say diet looks fine and the diet is important for building quality gains, but the original question was if your dbol was bunk or not?
    So to get back to that
    I’d say that over that period of 11 days you would have had to gain at least 5 pounds (more likely 8+) and have a moderate difference in the gym. That is without your diet. Of course in the long run the diet is extremely important, but at the beginning the dbol should be putting water weight on you regardless of what you’re eating.
    Only other idea is over training. In my second week I was up over 11 pounds, but had to work my tail off over an entire day with intense physical labor. After sweating all day I was down 5 pounds the next day, buy again was rebound by 2 days later.
    Hope this gives you something to compare your dbol to.

    it may be just a bit underdosed 50mg a day is alot but your up 6 lbs and thats pretty good in 11 days your lifts are up a bit do NOT up the dosage you dont want to cause trouble for your self take your gains and find a new source for the next round.

    good point....well noted! hopefully the test kicks in good and strong in the next 3 or 4 weeks! it did come from same source so who knows? i did my 4th shot of test e tonight
