    Diet question

    I am 38 years old and want to lose some more weight and tone up. I am 240 lbs and 6'0 tall. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 6 months training and dieting properly. I got my hands on winny and plan to use it for the next 6 weeks. I am wondering if I should change my diet to add more calories or maintain my current diet.

    Any suggestions.

    before you jump on the winni wagon lets look at diet and cadio
    props on loseing the 20lbs,
    repost in the diet section and have the boys take a look

    Leroy you should NOT start taking winny right now. Besides winny only is a horrible idea! My suggestion is to continue to diet and train properly and when you get to a better place (BF %) then consider some sort of AAS but as of right now you have no foundation to build off of and I doubt you meet, what we consider, the minimum requirements to start any type of cycle.
