Vein or muscle?
Hey, I'm a first time injector and I was told to shoot in the glute... But I kinda went with a vein in the crux of my elbow instead, mostly because I pussied out on jabbing it in my ass. I made perfectly sure there was no air in the syringe and I drew back some blood to make sure I was in the vein before injecting.
The brand is Red Dragon, which per ML contains:
Test Propinate 30mg
Test Phenylpropinate 60mg
Test Isocaproate 60mg
Test Decanoate 100mg
I only shot 1ML so 250mg of Test all up.
Now the area is kinda swollen, red, sore and warm to the touch. I did it a little under 24 hours ago, and since then I hit the gym doing chest and triceps for about 1.5 hours.
I sterilized the cap of the bottle, plus the area of injection with alcohol wipes before I did it and the syringes were sealed in their packages, obtained from the hospital, so I'm positive they were sterile too. Do you guys think I have an infection, or did I just majorly **** up by going in the vein?
In either case, what should I do?

Are you serious? The whole point of aspirating is to ensure that you ARE NOT in a vein!!!
This is supposed to be an intramuscular injection, not IV. Did you do ANY research before starting this?! You could have killed yourself, since the oil would hit your brain and starve it of oxygen (possible, had you injected the full 3ml). This is called an embolism.
We aren't ****ing with you. You really did that wrong, but since you didn't die on the spot you'll probably be ok (but that area will be sore as all hell for a week).

Do yourself a favor and put the steroids down and do some research, just because you didn't kill yourself now doesn't mean you can't do some serious long term damage to your body if you don't know what you are doing. The board is full of information and vets who know there stuff.

Damn, Ive heard you would need a few ML to do damage if you hit a vein, but directly into the vein is dangerous. Did it not make you cough like crazy? Also read a few topics where people have ended up on the floor coughing and spluttering... Close call if its true. Count yourself lucky.
