Question How much time between cycles

Currently in PCT from my m drol cycle. Just wondering how long after PCT should I wait before starting my test prop cycle. I'm taking what Ronnie Rowland said with the 8weeks on 2weeks off, and will run with that for some time.

Just so you know ronnie rowland's advice is for experienced body builders with a lot of cycle experience.... it is not meant to be used by new AAS users. His whole system is for advanced users and he clearly states that. You need to take adequate time off between cycle.... Time on Cycle + PCT = Time off before your next cycle.

Definately agree with Bertuzzi. I am far from an expert but unless you are truly at that level of Body building its probably would be smarter to at least (bare minimum) use your cycle time as the same if not more for your down time ie. cycle 12wks off 12wks. As Bertuzzi said the PCT could even be included so you have more time in between cycles to make sure your body is getting back to normal. You dont want to get sloppy or rush and stop your body from being able to make natural Test thats why a break and PCT is a good idea. I am sure there are some folks on here that can get a hole lot more scientific with it and I'd recommend listening to what they have to say. Good luck!

Yes, his intentions are great, but you are correct.... people seem to see what they want and ignore the important things.

No, definately understood the important things. But this is why people ask, right? To get legitament feedback from reliable sources. I appreciate the comments, and will be taking more time off.
