Not spreading my pins out.
So I had a buddy sticking me for a few weeks then had to rely on my own hand for the last 3 the one time i stuck my left quad I got the dreadful pain. I dont experience that pain anywhere else in my body when i stick other places. Would it do any harm if i only stuck my right quad with my Test E?

You generally want to only pin the same muscle once a week, but your quad is large enough to count as 2 spots, so long as you pick 2 spots far from each other. I would do the middle and upper quad.
