*noob alert* first cutting stack // pct
I'm brand new to AAS, but have been bodybuilding naturally for years
I'm looked into a cutting stack that went something like this:
week 1,2,3
week 4,5,6- clen
week 7,8,9- eca
week 10,11,12- clen
week 13,14,15- eca
week 16,17,18- clen
once body temp returns to normal, stop the cycle for a few weeks. this is your body adjusting to the thermo effects of the ECA and Clen
I also want to run something like dbol or deca to keep any muscle mass loss
how does this look?
Do i need an anti-e like a serm or an ai DURING the cycle... or in PCT
and what type of pct is best in a cycle like this.
hope this isn't an annoying noob post- i have been reading through all of the sections, and put together as much info as i could so that i had a general cycle idea. (i still don't REALLY get pct enough to design one)

It looks terrible. I'm not going to try and advise you but there will surely be some folks in shortly to tell you where you have gone wrong.
They are also going to want to know your stats : Age, Weight, BF%, height, Training Experience, and PCT knowledge

power/strength lifting, 6 years ... bodybuilding (hypertrophy lifting) 3-4 yeras
coming out of an offseason diet, currently eating high pro, moderate carb, high fat
4day lifting split
moderate mix of HIIT cardio and steady state
I have been on the edu threads but i'm new to the idea of AAS, and i think I may have misunderstood/mixed up some of the articles

What is your BF? Your a slim guy how much more do you want to cut?

Its not annoying. We were all new once. Stop and research through training and diet forums here for a while while reading the AAS board till you pick up the knowledge you need. At your size though i'd be looking to add a little more lean mass before i cut. Also whats your bodyfat? if you dont' know post up some pics and we can give you a good estimate that will be within 1 or 2%

i'll keep doing more research for sure... wanted to post this up based on the gear i know i can get, and to try and iron things out before i try anything
just got 2lb lean out of my last mass phase (natural)- want to shed to <10% (not too low, but shredded) to get my fitness modeling pictures re-shot
