Sustanon 250,,, Help to end my cycle with winstrol...

Hello everyone I am new to this forum I hope you can help me,
a bit of me, age 24 years my measurements are 6''1, 215 pounds
I'm on Sustanon 250 every 5 days and I am at 5 weeks of 12 weeks cycle, for PCT I have Tamoxifen , Nolvadex 10mg ED, and let me know how I can incorporate in my cycle winstrol I have no idea if I should expect to wait to finish my cycle or get started in my week 5... help me thanks

So you are shooting sust250, one CC once every 5 days and you are in your 5th week? First before you go adding another compound like winstrol into the mix, you need to get your test dosages right. 250mg/week is a pretty weak lineup. But moreover your test levels are gonna be a lil bit haywire with a once a week dosage. Alot of the guys on the board will say that Sustanon in particular should be shot every other day. But more realistically, you can take it around every 3rd day.

Certainly shooting eod gives more stable blood levels, but if once every 5 days is working for you without unpleasant sides from the up and down I wouldn't bother changing it. And 350mg/wk is just fine.

If I were to incorporate winstrol in this cycle I would tack it on the end leading right up to pct. Though in a first cycle we like just test... if this is your first...

If it's your first cycle, keep it to test only.

Once every 5 days is on the longer side.

Hard to give concrete advice when your goals and cycle history aren't present. But as others stated, if this is your first go, I'd follow through with what they've suggested.
