First Inejcting Cycle (Test E only )
i have been researching for a really long time and i like to say i know what im doing but i still would love to get help from all the proffessionals here
heres how it goes
age: 23
weight: 179
height: 6'0
been working out for 5 years on and off
i have a pretty good diet taking 3000 cal a day and 200 grams of protein but once the cycle starts ill be taking 5500 cal and 250-300 protein
im going to run test E for 10 weeks
500mg, 2 injections a week
monday 250mg
thursday 250mg
mass complez 900
fish oil
Vitemins a-z
joint support
workout plan:
monday: Back, abs
tuesday: shoulder, traps
wednesday: legs
thursday:chest, abs
friday: off
saturday: bi, tri
sunday: 30 min of cardio
im trying to focus on bigger muscle groups since i have a small bone structure
i have nolva and clomid and tamox on hand
now the problem is i think im about to have gyno
(soar itchy nipples kinda hurts and also theres a lump under it just the left of tho)
do u guys think i should run nolva during my test e cycle
i really dont want to have bitch tits
my goal is to hit 200 by end of this cycle so im going to eat every 2 hours im even going to set my alarm at 3am wake up have protein shake and go back to bed
im thinking of starting this monday
so any help or advise would be useful

Wait you haven't started the cycle but you're getting gyno? Yes you can use nolva during cycle for gyno just like 40 mg for a couple of days with the on set of problems should take care of it but you could also get anastrozole to take on cycle to prevent estrogen related sides like gyno and water retention.

the only thing thats kind of worring me is gyno
i want to make sure im doing this cycle as safe as possible so any comments and info would help

i personally think your rest is way more important than waking up at 3am to have a protein shake.
we grow while we r sleeping.

its been 3 months since i have finished that cycle and seems like the nolva i had for it was fake (bad website) so thats what the pump on the nipple is for but i just got tested and all my hormone levels and blood pressure and test everything was normal
laveycraft, the reason im going to wake up for protein shake is i want my stomach to always be filled so my bodys system is running and running im trying to bulk up to the max i want to put on as much weight (not fat) as possible

You need sleep (uninterupted preferably) to grow. You dont grow when your awake, you grow while you sleep. Dont disrupt your sleep every two hours, lol.
Just take a damn good Caesin protein shake with psylium husk before bed. It will not glycolise like whey and the psylium should also slow the release slightly, as well as do your internal plumbing some good.
Halo's, IMO are nasty stuff, pretty much only good for raising agression.... or giving you gyno.
