    Starting Out - Deca 200 & Sust 250

    Hi there.

    I suffer with a slow metabolic rate, mainly due to genetic low muscle tone (my little bro has MD), which is ihnereted from my mom.

    Age : 24
    Height : 6'0"

    This is my routine:

    Day 1: Chest & Triceps
    Day 2: Back & Biceps
    Day 3: Legs
    Day 4: Shoulders, Traps, Abs & Calves
    Day 5: Off
    Day 6: Repeat cycle

    Not much more than an hour spent per session. With an added hour of rugby a week.

    I eat 5 clean meals (chicken, tuna, greens & carbs) a day with added Whey Isolate 4 x daily (+/-300g - 350g's protein per day), but I find it difficult to make any gains, and strength gains are almost non existent.

    I've made my mind up on doing my first course, but I've seen many varying opinions on approach:

    I am getting 10 vials Deca 200 and Sust 250, to start, and my source suggested I have nolva and clomid for pct.

    The Idea was to hit 500mg Sust and 400mg Deca, for 10 -12 weeks downing Deca to 200mg from week 3.

    It's seems to be the common suggestion on most threads, but there is alot of inconsistency.

    Suggestions and advice would be great, as I don't want to screw my first cycle!

    How much do you weigh?
    How long have you been on this diet for?
    How long have you been training?

    I Weigh in at 240lbs (108kg's) - 16% body fat, been on the diet for 5months and training again full time for 5 months (previously for 3 years)

    At first I started with some difficulty, upped all my previous bench marks by around 30%, but size and tone are meager

    Sounds like your getting close to your potential as far as stats go.

    Begin reading the educational threads. It'll give you an idea of what compounds should be used on a first timer. Come back with a cycle layout and we'll critique it for you.

    I'd firstly drop the bf down some more, and also drop the deca and just run a simple test cycle for 10-12 weeks

    As SR stated previously you don't need the Deca . Do as I said and check out those stickies.

    6'0 - 240lbs and only 16% bf? man, if you cut your bf down to 10-12%, you'd be a beast!? how big are you hoping to get goal wise? if my body could get too 210 - 10% bf naturally i wouldn't even consider a cycle. but good luck to ya bud!
