Oxymetholone IH 50
Okay, so iv been talking to a friend who goes to the gym, and hes put on alot of muscle and gained alot of strength in the past few weeks - so iv asked him what he uses. He told me about these pills hes been taking and says that i should try them ....
So iv brought 25 of these "Oxymetholone IH 50" tablets off him, and was planning on taking one a day while training to see how it goes.
Would i be okay to take one of these a day while training, and would this have any MAJOR side effects? I know heavy trainers usually take 1-3 a day, but im new to this so thought id just give it a try to see how i progress.
Im 20, weighing in at around 146pounds

Whoa! Step on the brakes here!
At 20 you are too young to be ****ing with your hormones like that. You risk not only negative sides, but lasting damage. Want a limp dick? Didn't think so.
At 146 pounds you are way too light to even be considering steroids , assuming you're over, like, 5 feet tall or something. This probably also means you have not been training consistently for very long, adding to risk of injury should you use AAS.
Besides, even if you were a candidate for juice... 25 tabs of Anadrol (that's the trade name for what you have) is not even in the neighborhood of a decent cycle.
If you are serious about putting on some good muscle everyone here will be more than happy to help you do it the right way. In the meantime, see if you can't get a refund. If your buddy himself is doing nothing but 1 (or more) tab of that a day of that stuff it's a piss poor idea.

Right now your own natural testosterone is very high. You can take advantage of this and grow naturally.
Step 1: Diet- Calculate your caloric needs and eat above that to gain. Good, healthy choices here. Chicken, beef, eggs, oats, sweet potatoes, wild rice, fruits, and veggies...
Step 2: Workout split- Most people here divide their workouts to target certain muscle groups once per week. 4 and 5 day splits seem most popular. This leaves some down time to recuperate.
Step 3: Rest- Without proper rest you can't recuperate and grow!
Certain supplements can be beneficial. 99% of them are nothing but a waste of money.
Of course there is a LOT more to it than just this, but I'm just giving you an idea of what I'm talking about. And remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. It's a process.

thanks for the feedback,
im gna take your advice and just stick to training naturally
iv been in and out of training for a while now with my weight bouncing between 10 and a half stone to 11 and a half stone
any advice on what supplements will put some quick lean mass on me?
(other than whey protein)

yes lots of food, good clean food, every three hours, or more. go to diet and fitness section and start reading, EAT!

OK ill try and help you out bro. You are little young, also IDK how tall you are but 146 lbs is very light. Also Anadrol only cycle is not a good idea for ALOT of reasons but you shouold do a bit of research and you will easily discover for yourself why.

O whatever, excuse me but i have been using roids since i was 17. Im now acuatly on decaplex and sustoplex and oxymetholone ih. It works well, im 20 years old.

ye but starting at 17 prob wasnt a good move it may seem like a good idea now but wait till you are like 30 and need TRT for the rest of your life and cant have any kids! and having to pop a viagra every time you want to get hard.
