    Arrow How's my first cycle looking? Help :)

    Injection times 2 x/week

    1-8 500mg Test E
    1-8 500mg EQ?

    Slingshot training, reload/deload cycle? For you who aren’t familiar, 8 week cycle 2 week deload. In the last 2 weeks decrease your anabolic intake with higher rep training and about 1 gram of protein per pound with PCT.

    1-2 250mg Test E
    1-2 250mg EQ?
    1-2 20mg of nolva ED?

    BF % 10
    Weight: 170
    Age: 21
    Height: 6’1

    I’m not quite sure about the dosage on EQ, a friend told me 1ml of each a week which doesn’t sound right?

    Your stats concern me a little. 6'1 170lbs is ultra-small (no offense)

    For your first cycle you should run test only.

    Just stick w/the test for 10-12 weeks....No reason for the EQ, especially on first cycle. Not to mention that it needs to be ran for longer than 8 weeks to see any gains at all.

    Yeah I know. I'm not trying to be a professional bodybuilder here, But I'd like to be stronger as well as a little bigger. I was thinking EQ because of it's way to enable you to eat like a horse. But if you could suggest something else that would better suit me, I'm down for any suggestions.

    So does everyone agree that this would be better for me?

    1-10 500mg Test E
    1-2 20mg Nolva

    Also, a question. My buddy say's everyone does 1ml of Test ea week, plus he has other things stacked. That's a little excessive, am I right?

    I'd suggest dropping the EQ, and just doing Test E for 10-12 weeks. Why are you running nolva so early? Have you figured out your PCT?

    The PCT was meant to mean
    1-2 weeks of nolva at 20mg ED post cycle.

    Spend more time in the diet/training section. I was gonna tell you to research pct more, but you have no purpose cycling and will more than likely lose all your gains as you're underweight and probably undertrained. Don't risk injury or serious health problems at 21.
    Training and diet are so much more important than misusing aas. Please reconsider. Hit the gym hard naturally with a crazy diet, you'll see gains. Good luck

    Do not cycle at your age,
    You need to seriously adjust your diet if you want to start gaining weight,
    Do more research on cycles and diets over the next few yrs and build some kind of base and foundation, there is no need to cycle at your age or weight.

    You're nowhere near ready for a cycle. I was bigger in junior high than you are now. You're going to risk jail time, jeopardize your health, and accomplish nothing in the process
