Since the abs is the most difficult body part to cut .. did anybody ever tried to use mesotherapy on abs w get the six pack a little bit sooner ?

Good question.
The answer is "yes". Procedures like Mesotherapy would positively impact ab visibility. It's essentially a less invasive form of lipo. There is a very good archived thread in which Marcus and I (among others) discuss the merits of a, then new to the market, product called Lipodissolve based on the same injected spot reduction principle. You might run a search for the product.
