Need Help Gear Choosing (Injury Recovery)

Alright so This will be my 4th cycle, however I have some extenuating circumstances.

3 months ago I hurt my back in the gym. I went to the doc and MRI showed I had some bulging discs in my spine. I was out of the gym completely for 11 weeks, and this week was my first week back. My body is completely shocked and deteriorated. I went from benching 295 for reps to benching 105 for reps without pain. I can go heavier but I am afraid to go much heavier than that at this point as I don't want to do further damage.

I am looking to run a nice long light cycle which will aid in my recovery, and hopefully let me gain a little mass back without going to heavy.

I am also extremely prone to acne, and have been running Accutane for the last 2 months, and it's helped a lot. I got it bad last cycle from running tren , and stopping my letro too soon. I have never run deca , so I don't know if that will cause a problem also being that is a 19-nor.

This is my gear, can some vets help me decide what to do?

    50ml Sust 250 (Omnas)
    20ml Deca 300 (PPP)
    40ml NPP 100 (PPP)
    30ml EQ 300 (Endosyn)

I'v thrown around a shitload of idea but can't come to a conclusion, Iv ran Test up to 1000mg before, but Im not going anywhere near that now, I want something very moderate.

I Just can't decide whether I wanna run Test + Deca, Test + NPP, Test+EQ, or even Test + EQ plus low dose deca. Can someone who's been in my shoes please help me figure it out here?
I also have HCG , and letro as my AI.

Are these discs back in place then? And it's just a case of you've lost your strength or are you wanting some gear to repair your back?

The discs aren't back in place, but from what I understand they stay like this for a while. I know gear won't solve the problem directly, but I'm thinking it will strengthen the surrounding muscles and give me releif. I guess I'm just looking to get back to full strength.
