    needle size

    okay so for the first time after many cycles of only injecting into glutes and thighs with 22 gauge 1 1/2 i did my first deltoid injections because i noticed it was getting harder to push though the skin in my glutes.

    so i open up the 25 gauge 5/8 and was like what is this its so dam small now ive got decent size deltoids im 225 15% body fat and was wondering what size you guys run for delts and should i run 25 guage 1
    im injectin 1.5 cc of test prop

    25 gauge 1 inch is perfect for delts bro..nothing shorter...

    I do 5/8 25 gauge on delts but am a lot leaner than you.

    1 inch should give you no problem at all. 22-25 gauge.

    5/8 is too short.
    For glutes use 1.5"
    For delts,biceps,quads I use 1"
