    Thumbs up what would be the best test first cycle, extra ? added in last post

    hello all i am new to the boards and this is my first time wanting to use supplements. i am 26 years old and i am an mma fighter i am weighing about 215 and my wieght class i fight in is 200-225. i want to bulk up mainly get as strong as possible not gain more then 20 lbs and try to loose some body fat and turn it into muscle. from reading arounf it seems my first cycle should be a test cylce of around 500mg a week. i am just wondering if any body has any suggestions of what kind of test would be best when injections should be and what the best reccomend cycle lenthg should be along wioth pct from looking around it looks like 4 weeks of clomid and nolva whould be best for pct.. any help would be great while i am still researching more

    Check out the profile on test entanate or cypinate, read the test beginner info sticky on the main page also look at the pct stickies get back to us on what you think of these. Gains are diet dependent post up a sa,ple food day of yours and training experience so we can best help you

    Yeah test cyp or test eth would work for you at 500mg a w/k, have you thought about how long you would cycle for? You wont keep all of your gains, but if you pct right youll keep alot. How is your diet, Diet is 70% even with the help of AAS.

    don't do like some of these newbs do and go apesh1t on the dose rate. AAS something you should grow into. First cycle should be test only. Why? It becomes your "baseline" so you know what test only does. Too many times, newbs try a stack first time out.

    I'm not an MMA fighter, but I have certain opinions that are probably relevent. You need to balance strength and endurance, right? And there is definately a max size you cannot exceed if you want to maintain that balance. I would suggest that whatever you decide to do with your weight on AAS, that you do it slowly.

    I don't know how many times I've seen fighters "muscle up" quickly only to get their asses kicked.

    i really want to get stronger along with muscleing up some i already weigh 215 and the max for my wieghtclass is 225 so i want to be around 230 or so and then just cut some water before my next competion wich is in about 4 months. right now i am working on a diet planing i have been wieght lifting for the last 10 years mostly for sports last 3 years actually lifitng for power strnght and some body building i will be done working on my diet plains soon thanks for all the help so far guys

    Id say test-enanthate at .75cc on monday and thursdays. Weeks 1-10. Keep it simple with a single ester.

    The more I think about this putting limitations on a test cycle seems counterproductive, maybe a var only cycle at 60mgs per day for 6 weeks will better suit you, stamina may suffer a little but lean gains and strength should by where you wanna be. Look into it wait and see if a vet chimes in, or just eat more and work on strength training and lessen your cardio program if you can, in 4 months with proper diet and training you should be able to meet your goals

    i would think your cardio would be key being a fighter ,and i would think that you would need more time to run the cycle then really work your cardio back upto par .un less your a ko artist and your looking to put your hand through some one elses heAd.coming from a wrestling back ground to much size means less agility....

    i was lokking into var as well but alot of people say for a first cycle dont mess with the stuf just do a basic test cycle. i am not a ko artits and the next competiton i am goijng to is a grappling only competion. i use to grapple at a wieght of 255 but droped down to 215 for actual fighting but i want to go back to grappling at a little bit of a lighter wight then what i use to so around 225 so i will have superior strenght belive it or not i was very agile at 255 and still am but thats why i only wann piut on about 10 to 15 pounds not the 255 i use to be

    .75cc two times a week = 375mg test per week IF his test is dosed at 250mg/cc. IMO, thats perfect for a cycle looking for the results he wants without going over the top. He doesnt need 500mg/wk of test for a first timer especially considering the small limitations he has with weight and cardio in play. 350/375 is perfect.

    okie so i think im gonna go with test eth 375/500 mg a week 2 injections a week monday and thurs. i havnt decide lenght somewhere 8-12 weeks need some opions on this part. pct 2 weeks after last injec clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/20/20/20 im still working on diet and it will be about 2 wekks or so before i start this cycle

    If you go 8 weeks you need to use test prop but you have to pin eod at least which can be painful, test e or cyp you can probably get away with 10 weeks being you will be trying to limit gains

    is there risk of gyno with a test only cycle if so should i run 10mg of nolva a day with the test or should i use letro during cycle if i run into the problem. also i have a bit of natural gyno already never took anything before this. should i run letro before my cycle and what is the proper dose of letro i havnt really been able to find it
