Looking for advice!
Prelude: Im sorry if this is the wrong forum (subforum?) for what im asking but i figured this would get seen the most.
Hello everyone. This is my first post on this incredible website. I am 22 years old and have been begged to juice my whole life by my wrestling coaches and friends and family to further my wrestling career but i just never committed to it. And here i am, 2 years out of sports, in the military, and looking to get started on something but after reading on these forums for hours i am scared shitless to get started on my own. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR HELP FINDING GEAR, I WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT MYSELF.
So what i am looking for is basically an online personal trainer, that can give me 1 on 1 advice on EVERYTHING concerning getting huge and looking great, not just on steroid advice. Im talking like actual workout plans, diets, and finally after some work, steroid use .
I am willing to do whatever i am told, buy whatever i need, eat whatever needs to be eaten, etc etc. I am willing to listen. I am willing to keep logs of everything i put into my body and everyone of my workouts. I have no limits.
Here are my stats:
22 year old male (23 in December)
143 lbs
5'6"
been working out on and off since 15
started back up 3 weeks ago from about 6 month hiatus
Supplements:
Mass-Tech (Protein)
Black Powder (NO2)
Leukic Hardcore
Mega Men Sport
Workout Schedual:
Day 1: Chest and Legs
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Combatives (wrestling/muay thai/bjj)
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Abs/Cardio
Day 7: Rest
(abs, pullups, forearms everyday)
Diet: (Heres where i really need help)
PROTEIN!!!! Whatever says it has the most protein at the dfac (dining facility)
I attatched a pictures. Dont know wtf a url is so i had to use the attatchments option, lol.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I'd also like to add that i am in incredible physical shape, better than 95% of my peers who are all also in great physical shape. I am also physically stronger than others my size and weight.
On my last PT test:
2 mile run: 11:18
2 minutes of pushups: 112
2 minutes of situps: 93

haha. yea- the worst reason to choose gear is because a coach wants you to. that person, despite their intentions, isn't accurately looking out for your career... first of all... random drug screenings in sanctioned sports. a buddy of mine was taking EPO and Anadrol for the increased RBC count, and was suspended indefinitely from the sport.
second- consistency is the key. whenever i hear someone way they've been workout out on and of for xxxx years... that shows me that there isn't consistency. it's like the rule of compounding interest... you don't just accumulate "muscle points" for working out over the years, and can cash them in whenever you want... you keep building up muscle tissue and experience over the years, and your growth becomes exponential...
until you stop growing... at this point, youve hit a genetic potential, and assuming your diet is good, then you should hit the gear if you decide to
also, i see you're in the military... and i'm not sure if you were talking about gear for combat wrestling... or for olympic-style wrestling that you did back home. I happen to teach KravMaga and B.jiujitsu, which is what you learn in standard training, and gear isn't really going to help very much with that. I don't know much about sanctioned wrestling, but unless you are trying to bump up a class in lean weight, not sure how that'd help you either
if you are looking for BB-ing gains... then that's a diff story.
g'luck dude- take up baseline on his offer for sure

concerning my consistency, time has always been a problem. up until now, in iraq, sometimes i just wouldnt have time to get to the gym... but ive always done pushups pullups and situps on a daily basis.
my wrestling career is over, i still train just for the principle of it but its more of just a cardio workout. i dont plan on ever getting back into it fulltime or anything....
thanks for the advice

Here's a freebee,
A URL is a universal resource locater ( web address). What you need to do to post photos is to join a website like Photobucket (free) then publish your photos to the web. Now take the photo you want to put on here and in photobucket enlarge it to the size you wish to have displayed on this website (60% is good, 100% is kinda large) now right click over the photo and at the bottom of the menu (that right clicking displays) click on properties ( this is the URL or web address of the photo at this size) now copy the URL to your clip board. Now go back to this website and click the little button that (3rd from the right) that says insert image. Now simply paste in the URL from your clipboard and you should be fine (you can click preview to make sure). It's really a lot easier than it looks in writing...
Can I get a Hooaah on that?

hooah, thanks a lot for the lesson bro. Is that method better than just using the attatchments option through the forum?
